Not quite legal yet, stateside anyway. yes Americans have an accent.
Just like in the states there are different accents, same in England, the dialect and tone varies according to location.

Headaches I can deal with. I get migraines ...err I use to get them quite frequently, I hardly ever get them now, though I thought I was going to end up with one today. We went and saw a movie and they had the sound up way too high, I really thought I was gonna walk out of there with a migraine.
Sometimes my headaches get me sick though...

Sounds like its just on the cusp of being a migraine. I've had them to the point where I appeared intoxicated. Slurred speech and all. There's been a few times when I've posted something on here or sent someone a text and the next day or so when I see it, its all jumbled and shit, looks like I was drunk texting.
