Nate | 4557 comments Artemis is getting stronger. Even on my weakest days, I get a little bit stronger wrote: "Views for what?

Fun. jk. Good luck"

# of views on your thread. 99 is an odd number it's bother me.

I might be able to help. I'm not terribly tired right now. Slept for a good portion of the afternoon/early evening. lol

message 855: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments It's cool, I'm pretending to be busy with something else, plus I give one word responses to her questions, eventually she'll get the hint and just leave me be.

message 856: by [deleted user] (new)

Wait...so you don't want to talk? Or you do? I'm confused now. lol

message 857: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments I don't wish to talk to her. ppl in rl tend to annoy much quicker than those I talk to online.

message 858: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh. So I don't have to leave then?

message 859: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments let me check to see if your membership fee is up to date and I'll get back to you.

message 860: by [deleted user] (new)

ok...? lol

message 861: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments ...maybe tomorrow I can convince Cass to open the envelope. Idt I can make it through another day with that red envelope mocking me from the tree. OR I just open it without her knowing. Mawhahahaha

message 862: by [deleted user] (new)

What envelope?

message 863: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments My Uncle left an envelope on one of the tree branches and told us it was a gift and not to open it til Christmas. He had already given each of us our gifts so I'm curious now what's in the other envelope. I have a feeling I can guess though.

message 864: by [deleted user] (new)

You shouldn't open it. It's just like I told my little cousin:
Me: Is it Christmas yet?
Him: No
Me: Then you can't open it!!
Then he usually stomps off.

Be a big boy, Nate. You can wait. lol

message 865: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments Fine but I'm taking it off the tree so I don't have to see it.

message 866: by [deleted user] (new)

Ok. NO opening though!!

message 867: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments yeah ok

message 868: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments Apparently someone else's sleep schedule is off, she's still up.

Who's? Cass's?

Nate | 4557 comments Artemis is getting stronger. My candle is getting brighter again! He can't take my smile anymore wrote:

...you bought that? that was easy

No. I have a feeling you are still very tempted...

message 873: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments I think I've answered less than 10 calls...is ANYONE even on the road tonight?

message 874: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments I'm gonna start dispatching crews to random places just for the hell of it.

message 875: by [deleted user] (new)

Depends on where you live. My mother said that the roads could get icy in my part of the states

message 876: by [deleted user] (new)

Nate wrote: "I'm gonna start dispatching crews to random places just for the hell of it."

Don't get in trouble

message 877: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments There's no ice here. Just a really slow night. At least if I were out I could drive around, change of scenery but instead I'm stuck in an office with chatty chick...and her voice is literally starting to annoy me.

message 878: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh. What section of the states do you live in? Along the coast? Along one of the mountain ranges? The prairie?

message 879: by [deleted user] (new)

Can't you listen to music or something?

message 880: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments yeah but I have to keep turning it down when a call comes in, so I just cut it off.

message 881: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh...zone her out?

message 882: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments that's pretty much what I'm doing. Besides I can talk to the guys out on the road with the 2 way

message 883: by [deleted user] (new)

There you go. And you've got me you can talk to. And Cass...assuming she's still up

message 884: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments I just hung up with her, her responses were becoming more delayed and I could hear her yawning, I told her to go bed. She was gonna try and wait up for me. I highly doubt she'll make it.

message 885: by [deleted user] (new)

Awe. That's sweet! How long have you two been together now?

message 886: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments ummm that would be a better question to ask her...lets see all through HS and, so..yeah 'bout 6 yrs? can that be right? ...that can't be right. ..

message 887: by [deleted user] (last edited Dec 22, 2015 11:36PM) (new)

nice. funny how time flies, huh? so you guys are in your second year of college then?

message 888: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments I'm not in college. Idk what to go for and this way I can work all the overtime I can get and it allows her to only work part time and focus on school.

message 889: by [deleted user] (new)

think you'll go eventually?

message 890: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments strong possibility, if no other reason than to shut everyone else up about it. Though I have no idea what to major in or what to even do ...I've had a few fleeting ideas but not sure its something I could see myself doing the rest of my life.

message 891: by [deleted user] (new)

I know that is. I actually just changed my major. A community college might help make things easier for you. It can give you a general overview of career options

message 892: by Nate (last edited Dec 22, 2015 11:49PM) (new)

Nate | 4557 comments Mike: Dude where is your Christmas spirit.

Me: Home in the liquor cabinet.

ok, not really but c'mon that was comical.

message 893: by [deleted user] (new)

Comical and random. lol

message 894: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments Apparently his costumer liked my answer. Then he kept asking random questions to stuff he should know, then sent a text apologising, his client just wanted to hear me talk.

message 895: by [deleted user] (new)

ok...lol

message 896: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments Hence the reason I keep the accent covered.

message 897: by [deleted user] (new)

The accent...? your English accent?

message 898: by Nate (last edited Dec 23, 2015 12:03AM) (new)

Nate | 4557 comments yeah, for the most part its non existent except if I'm riled up about something it'll slip through without me even realizing it, or if I've been 'round mum a lot, its more noticeable. Like this summer we came back and it took probably a good week to get back to normal.

OH and apparently if I'm drunk it comes out.

message 899: by Nate (new)

Nate | 4557 comments Finally some action. Fender bender on RT --- no injuries, need two rigs though, neither vehicle drivable.

message 900: by [deleted user] (last edited Dec 23, 2015 12:07AM) (new)

Why hide it?? I love the English accent!! My best friend has been working on his British accent. Honestly, I think I'd drop dead if I actually heard someone from England talk to me. I've always wanted to go there. One thing I'm very fascinated with. That and Greek mythology. You've probably got another accent too now. If you're in the southern parts of the states, you've got a southern accent too, which is just as fascinating. And wow. I should just shut up. lol. I wish I had an accent though. Accents are amazing!! :D Australian, English, southern, etc.
