This really sucks trying to sleep during the day. Never fails, just about the time I start to fade passed the surface sleep phase, is about the time everyone starts making more and more noise. Which always seems to be about this time of day. Third shift is not the best thing for someone who has sleep issues to begin with...

My regular hours are suppose to be 11 pm to 7 am, though I've been working a lot of double shifts or just filling in if someone is out.

Going through some old journal entries. Came across these, it was a difficult time. The first one is humorous,(It's always good to start things off with a joke, right?) the second one hits one some really personal stuff, stuff I don't normally disclose or discuss, though, I think it's important to bring awareness to the topic. We all have an inner battle, some us just have to dig a bit deeper to get out of the trenches.

Dunno. Though his info was bogus anyway, well ok, maybe not total bullocks, (probably a scare tactic) but I think each person is different. And I think it also depends on the severity.
It's also hard to judge when your younger cus its hard to gauge how much of the symptoms are contributed to adolescents and how much are actually BP. I don't take anything right now, and I didn't go off the deep end. I can usually feel the shift or realize when thing are irritating me more than they should and I just pull back...idk might not be the best, but its working for now. If things escalate back to the point they were, I'll consider medication.
It is ...but I'll let her ramble on anyway.
