Nice list, I'm hopping to get to three of them next month, The Awakening, The Little Prince, and Anne of Green Gables. Have fun with your challenge.

Sharon (missvirginia) | 7 comments Good choices Bob!
I'm planning on reading The Little Prince next month too as it is a group read, so I'm looking forward to that!
I'm also planning to read LOTR and hoping to get a head start, as I'm planning on joining more of the group reads over the rest of the year as well.

Sarah | 468 comments Some good choices!

Once you read The Golden Compass, you will want to read the rest of the series.

If you get to your alternates, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is hilarious!

Sharon (missvirginia) | 7 comments I actually hope to get to my alternates haha. I've seen the movie of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and that was crazy! So I'm hoping the book is just as much fun :)
