This folder is for our group new monthly challenge, Time Travel Challenge. This is NOT a team challenge.

Here is how this challenge works:

Members need to sign up first
To sign up, the members need to roll the die
Members then post the number they got (1 to 6) to determine their group.
When the sign up period is over, each group will be given a historical event along with the options for them to pick the book.
To complete this challenge, each member need to read at least ONE book.

As to a historical event. Is it going to be limited to a specific country? Or is it world wide?

What do you mean by rolling a die to get a group? Does that mean there a 6 specific events or countries to choose from?

How specific will the historical even be?

The last rule is a bit open ended to me. Does it mean that each person in the group reads one book. Or one person in the entire group does?

As to suggestions. Maybe you can have an option of if you want to have a historical event specific to your country. Or if you want one that is specifically not from your country? Would that be too difficult?

It's not a team challenge, so one person reads one book.

The events are from around the world.

No limit to the number of participants.

KK. I realized that after I re-read the rules and changed one of the questions but I forgot the last one. Thank you. ^-^

As there might be people from different countries joining the challenge, I think it will be difficult for me. Besides, I will prepare the events before the sign up starts.

Last question. This seems to be a limited sign up time but it doesn't state what that is. Is it today (Dec 12th) to the end of December or less?

I missed the sign-ups (just now saw the challenge...drat!). Can I volunteer to be an alternate if someone drops? Or will that not matter at all so I just have to watch for next time around?
