History: Eris met Emery and Ivory's mother Erica Blackmoor while coming with Ares to see her twin sister Michaela Burkhardt. Both of the two women were exemplary in the military. Erica gave birth to twin boys. As the boys grew up they loved to cause chaos within and outside of their family. Although they were raised by a family full of military soldiers, they had little discipline outside of in combat. When the boys were the age of nine, their mother adopted her sister's daughter Roxanne Burkhardt. The twins and Roxanne were raised together. It was a family custom to send the twins and Roxanne to Camp Half-Blood for training every summer and holiday vacation. When the boys were fourteen and Roxanne was fifteen, they began staying at camp all year round. During the time before they stayed at camp all-year-round, Emery had a girlfriend, but the connection was severed to his own misery by their family's desire to have him trained in combat at Camp Half-Blood at least for the next four years.

She prefers to wear a red or black tank top and skinny jeans and rarely wears skirts.

Personality: Roxanne is tough, hot-tempered, and territorial. She is quick to judge others, but if you gain her trust she is very protective. In addition, she is known around camp for her sarcastic, twisted sense of humor and remarks, threats promising torture and/or death, her smirk and dangerous eyes, and her lust for a fight.

History: Her mother was a married woman in the military, but because of her skill in battle and love for a fight, she won the blessing of Nike and the affection of Ares. She gave birth to Roxanne under the pretense of Roxanne being the child of her abusive husband Robert Burkhardt. When her mother was killed in a bar brawl when Roxanne was six, Roxanne was left to the mercy of her abusive step-father who mistreated and often neglected her. Finally when her step-father died from drug-overdose when she was ten, she was taken in by her mother's twin sister Erica Blackmoor as an adoptive sister to Roxanne's cousins Ivory and Emery. From then on, Roxanne attended school and went to Camp Half-Blood in the summers with her cousins until they began staying at camp regularly when she was fifteen.

Appearance: She is Spanish, Italian, and English. Like her mother, she has large, almond-shaped eyes with long dark lashes, except that her mother's eyes were dark while hers are violet. That is why her middle name/nickname is Violet. Violet also has her mother's luxurious, jet black hair that flows to her waist. Her complexion is snowy white like her mother's and her stature is neither too tall nor too short. In fact, she looks exactly like her mother apart from her violet eyes, which is why people sometimes mistakenly call her Deena-Marie.

Personality: Violet is a rebellious, hyperactive teenager that tends to be independent, sarcastic, cynical, playful and sometimes depressed. However, she loves to have fun and party as well. She comes off more as a free spirit with her love for sarcastic/playful remarks, love of nature, and sometimes childish behavior like skipping.

History: Violet's mother Deena-Marie Grace-Cortez was raised in a very conservative family despite her relation to Hades. However, Deena-Marie was also a free spirit, so she ran away at the age of thirteen. Deena-Marie was then taken in by the goddess Hecate, who favored her and taught her sorcery for the next three years. At the age of sixteen, she journeyed to Camp Half-Blood on the business of Hecate and met the demigods training there and their director Dionysus. She stayed after the errand was done. A few years later, despite the admiration of both mortals and immortals, she found that she loved Dionysus. When Violet was four years of age, her mother was killed in combat during a quest.

Her mother's family soon reached out to the camp, insisting that Ivy be raised by Deena-Marie's mother in Vermont rather than at Camp Half-Blood. From then on, Violet was raised in the isolating environment of Vermont's woods. Despite her grandmother's strict rules of etiquette and morals, Violet learned how to use her mother's dagger and archery and sorcery there in the woods. In addition, she often snuck away during the nights to see her friends or go to parties. At the age of fourteen, she ran away from home and found her way to Camp Half-Blood with the help of Hecate.

He is stands up to 5'10 and has broad-shoulders, but he is not bulky but very fit, because of wrestling and martial arts.

Personality: Bradley is a kind, protective, witty, young man. He is often gentle and a little bit of a romantic.

History: His mother was a young prodigy in the world of inventing when she met Hephaestus. She was so warm, intelligent, and loving that she caught the attention of the God of the Forges. At the age of twenty-five, his mother had Bradley, but his mother passed away passed away when he was thirteen while testing one of her inventions. The entire house caught on fire, but he was able to escape the flames with his mother in his arms. Afterwards, he found that she had passed away from smoke inhalation. In the ruins, he found the sword and hammer that his mother constructed for him. Some days later, he arrived at camp.

A couple years later, Bradley decided to leave camp for the school year. After school one day, he was attacked by a gang of boys that turned out to be monsters. He managed to desperately escape them and run into a local library. In a moment of desperation, he used his demigod powers to summon fire. The monsters went up in flames, but the fire soon spread to engulf the library. He tried to stop the flames, but he only received burns from his efforts and one of the monsters. In the end, he began to stumble out of the library when he found a girl in the corner of the library. Resisting the instinct to run out to save himself, he ran towards the girl and picked her up just as the flames surrounded them. He leaped over the flames and stumbled out of the library. Witnesses said that a teenager set a bunch of innocent children on fire, so the authorities were after them and there was nowhere to go but into a forest. When they arrived at camp, he collapsed from his injuries.

Personality: Noelle can be laid back at times but also a little chilly in terms of personality. She can be cheerful and playful at times when she chooses to be. She is also quite moody, but for the most part she can handle most people that come her way.

History: Her father has had many relationships with women. Naturally, a couple of them had to be with immortal women as well. One of them was Noelle's mother Khoine and the other was Athena. In a blizzard, she turned up on the doorstep of the Winters family. After years of growing up with various step-mothers, one day, she decided to leave home. She made her way to camp with monsters on her trail, but she collapsed at the border of the camp from her injuries as a blizzard that she caused raged on.

Personality: Christian has a steadier personality than his half-sister Noelle. He tends to be a little playful, but he can also be very serious and sarcastic as well. He is often the more responsible of the two.

History: His father was a prodigy at school from a young age. Due to his intellect and humorous personality, he caught the eye of Athena and then later that of the goddess Khoine (Noelle's mother). A cradle floated down through the window of his father's house with Christian inside. As he and Noelle grew up, their father continued to have various relationships with women. A few of them were abusive towards Noelle and him. One woman even raised a daughter Noelle's age until the girl was thirteen and then left the girl Heather with them. This added to the conflict at home which eventually resulted in Noelle leaving. Although Christian had been at camp summers for a couple years before that, he tried to reconcile the problems in the family.

Personality: Hadley is intense, quick-tempered, rebellious and territorial. She has a sarcastic sense of humor and trust issues because of her past experiences in foster homes. When a person becomes better acquainted with her, she can be sensitive, playful, loyal, and protective.

History: When she was a baby, she was left on the doorstep of an orphanage without any indication of who her parents were or where she came from. When the lady of the establishment found her in the middle of the night, she took her in. When she washed the baby's blanket, she found a single name at the corner of the fabric: Hadley. From then on, the lady of the orphanage called the child Hadley Dinah Fraser since Fraser was the lady's last name and Dinah after the lady's stillborn grandchild.

Five years after the kind lady (Mrs. Fraser) took Hadley into the orphanage, Mrs. Fraser passed away and the orphanage closed down. Hadley then was placed in a number of foster homes, where she was labelled as a disturbed child because of her ability to talk to birds, the accidental setting of a house fire when she accidentally summoned lightning, her ADHD and dyslexia, and the killing of monsters disguised as orphaned, mortal children. At last, she ended up in the same foster home as Grayson Ashford (one of my characters) when she was ten. Despite years of building up her guard, she befriended Grayson. Immediately following her eleventh birthday, a monster who appeared at first as a little boy attacked Hadley. Other mortal orphans and the lady that ran the foster home witnessed her kill the monster. Right afterwards, Hadley ran to her room and locked the door. During the night, she packed her backpack and climbed down the side of the foster home. The sound of her landing on the ground woke up Grayson who followed her. Grayson tried to convince her to stay, but Hadley reasoned that no adult was going to keep a child who kills another child even if the murdered child was actually a monster. With that, Hadley kissed him goodbye and ran off into the night.

A few months later, a satyr found Hadley injured in a forest in the middle of a sudden thunder and lightning storm. She was about to bleed to death and she had a high fever. The satyr brought her to Camp Half-Blood just in time. For a few weeks, she recovered in the camp's infirmary. At the camp fire on her first day outside of the infirmary, she was claimed by the King of the Olympians himself, Zeus. A year later, Grayson found his way to camp. He then told Hadley that she was the reason he decided to run away and had found Camp Half-Blood. Hadley and Grayson dated for a few months before they broke up because of Hadley's trust issues and a small flirtation between Grayson and Margot.

Personality: Terrence is a rebellious, teenaged boy that tends to form grudges easily and has a sarcastic sense of humor. He comes off as ruthless and aggressive when people first meet him. When he really cares about someone, he can be protective, kind, playful, and even gentle. However, there are few people he cares about because he does not make friends easily.

History: Terrence constantly transferred schools because he would consistently instigate fights at school. Many people would also beat him up and bully him. After he nearly died while picking a fight with a monster, his father told Terrence about his mother and brought him to Camp Half-Blood where he has been ever since.

History: For the most part, she had a normal, mortal life with a mother who was a music teacher. She grew up learning how to sing and play all sorts of music. At the age of thirteen, her cousin Niobe came to stay with her and her mother. While practicing a game of soccer in the park, the two girls' arguments started escalating to the point of screaming. The two of them were then ambushed by monsters. The two of them barely escaped. After Kendra's mother drove the two girls to camp, Kendra was soon claimed by Apollo. Niobe was later claimed by Nike.

Shawna has straight, sunshine blond hair that falls halfway down her back. The color of her eyes changes depending on the intensity of the lighting or the intensity of her emotions. Usually they alternate between different shades of blue and grey, but sometimes, they turn gold. She is slim and athletic. She has the natural grace and beauty of one of Aphrodite's children, but she prefers the clothing fashion of a tomboy. She usually wears jeans, camouflage pants, or sweat pants and a tank top or Camp Half-Blood T-shirt. She usually keeps her hair down or in a high ponytail and wears a baseball cap on her head backwards.

Personality: Shawna is a tomboy, who can be stubborn, sarcastic, and hot-tempered. She is known by many for being a snob, but she often has trouble letting people in. Deep down, she is sensitive, caring, and just a little afraid to show it.

History: She was raised by her mother outside of camp. Although her mother was a daughter of Aphrodite, she was far from helpless. Her mother kept the two of them alive for fifteen years before she sacrificed her life to save her daughter in an attack by monsters. Shawna connected her mother's death to a daughter of Lyssa- known as Illyana Rasputin- who appeared to them as a girl and attacked the monsters first before losing control and turning into a wolf. After Shawna barely escaped, she began tracking Illyana with the intent of avenging her mother's death. When she was badly injured tracking while Illyana, the goddess of Artemis and her hunters found her, helped her recover and invited her to the Hunt. Although the offer was tempting, she chose to go to Camp Half-Blood. Artemis guided her to camp.

Like most grandsons of Hercules, he is muscular. However, he does not have the bulging muscles of most other sons and grandsons of Hercules. He is tall and lanky, but he is a great deal stronger than he looks. He has curly, brown hair and dark brown eyes. He has a light caramel complexion.

Personality: Parker is easygoing and a little flirtatious at times. He can also be an arrogant jerk at times, but he is funny and once in a while kind.

History: Most daughters of Hercules are beautiful and do not stand out in terms of combat. Many instead become priestesses of Hera. However, Parker's mother worked hard to become an excellent fighter to defy the stereotypes. Her spunk and bravery soon caught the eye of Ares and she soon had Parker. After a few years, Parker's mother started sending her son to camp.

In his human form, Sylvain has straight, red hair, warm brown eyes, and a quiet smile. His figure is lanky and tallish: He stands about 6'1 or 6'2. He usually wears sweatpants or jeans and a sweater or a brown leather jacket on top of a T-shirt. Plus, who can forget? He also wears a beanie. As a wolf, he has golden brown eyes and soft fur which is black along his forehead and back, white along his cheeks and the bottom of his muzzle, and red and brown along his ears, his stomach, and the top of his muzzle. The fur of his legs and tail are a mix of all four colors.

Personality: Sylvain is sweet, kind, and gentle. He is a strong, silent type, but he can also be playful and protective with those he comes better acquainted with. To most people though, he comes off as a quiet but nice guy. He also has a strong feeling of responsibility in terms of looking out for people in need.

History: Like his half-sister Illyana (one of my characters), Sylvain morphs into his wolf form when he is enraged. However, he has more control over when he changes than Illyana does because of the simpler life he had. His father, a son of Asclepius, found an injured, fierce she-wolf in the woods one day during a walk. Although he was no veterinarian, he took pity on the wolf and did what he could to heal her wounds with his powers from his father. The next day on his walk, the she-wolf returned and the wolf returned every day for a few months until she bore a pup, which she abandoned in the woods after the death of the son of Asclepius. This pup was then found by the wolves of the Artemis' Hunt. When Artemis heard of the male pup and found that he could take on a human form as well, she was conflicted. She could not have a boy among her Hunters, but the pup was without parents, so she let the wolves raise him until he was ten years old, helped him to retain his memories from during the time he was a wolf, and then sent him to Camp Half-Blood.

Alex is hot, there is no denying this. He looks very feminine and often gets mistaken for a girl but this is just because he was never able to get a dose of hormones. He has toffee colored skin and almost black almond shaped eyes. He's quite tall, standing at about 6'1, and very skinny at 137 pounds. Yes, he's underweight, but honestly he doesn't or at least says he doesn't care about how awkwardly skinny he is. He has an oval shaped face and blue hair in an undercut and often wears makeup.

Personality: Alex is a trouble maker, to say the least. This should be quite obvious, his mother being the spirit of in-justice and wrongdoing. He has no conscience and doesn't care who he hurts. To add to this, though, he often doesn't know what he did wrong and why everyone hates him. You can see why it is quite easy for him to get frustrated and angry. Pair all of this up with his grandfather Himeros, and you have a true disaster on your hands. He enjoys to see his sexual influence on people, watching them squirm as he gives a small smirk. Compared to Himeros' children, though, his influence isn't as intense. Surprisingly, he's quite a nerd for musicals, his favorite being Hamilton. He knows every word, and will sing if no one is around. Dork.

History: Alex was always that one kid in class that everyone was low key afraid of. He was quiet and never did work. He wasn't able to understand anything they ever put in front of him, so why try? He got in a lot of fights, hating rules in general. They'd send him home almost every day and he had gotten expelled from seven different schools from the time he was five to eleven. His father was sort of an asshole and when his small Alexandria wanted to become Alex, he didn't react so well. I'm not talking about abuse or anything, but his father refused to get him anything that supported this "silly" claim of his. He went through seventh wearing too small sports bras and ace bandages. This wasn't healthy at all, as you can imagine, so when a monster attacked he couldn't really breath. His satyr had to save him and when he woke up he was in the infirmary.

Personality: Ironic to his somewhat angry looking expression, Elias is a very sweet person deep down. He has always been a workaholic, from elementary school art projects to his college courses. However unfortunately that made him a bit of a recluse. Elias is somewhat of a homebody and isn't too fond of going out in public friends; it's always been that way for him. He's never been too charasmatic or charming, but he has a kind heart and always does things for the better -- if he ever does anything at all.

History: Elias grew up in nothern Washington state and was a typical boy. Nothing was ever really off-putting or dangerous when he was growing up; everything was normal. Being adopted into a lesbian family was a great thing; if he would have not been taken in, he would still be living with a rotten relative of his mothers'. Elias went to school, particpated in clubs, was on the honor roll; nothing was unusual about this boy. Except for one little thing: Elias liked to cut things open. It started when he was a toddler, when he used to take a kitchen knife and cut open teddy bears. It really worried his moms. They took him to a psychiatrist and luckily he wasn't a total pyscho; the doctor said he just really wanted to be a surgeon.

Eventually, Elias' thirteenth birthday rolled around and some strange events finally started to occur. He was sent over to his neighbors house to retrieve some birthday candles and he found his neighbor sliced nearly in half by some sort of ... thing. It wrecked him to the core. He got away, thanks to a toaster, and managed to somehow go on with life.

He continued doing clubs, dating girls, he even went on to take early college courses. But Elias couldn't shake what he had witnessed that day. Even though his family went to the police, he couldn't help but feel like he had done something wrong. He had told his moms many times before but they would uncomfortably shake off the subject. He though it was due to him witnessing a murder. But it was really because Olivia and Theresa knew what really happened. Theresa and Olivia had both grown up at Camp Half-Blood and there were the reason the monster had even came to their neighborhood in the first place. In fact, the reason they adopted Elias was so that they could protect him -- they knew he was a demigod the moment they took him in. It took them nearly five years to confront Elias with that fact and eventually, all three of them decided to send him to camp. Olivia and Theresa were worried about their sons' well-being and he had never left the state, so Elias viewed it as a win-win situation. He's been here for four and a half months and been trying to keep up with his studies.
