"They're pretty nice. Ive only made one friend so far."

((isn't Jackal a prophecy dragonet? He should have gotten a vision telling him to go to the entrance hall. Selkie can go with him if needed."

"Her name is ecli-" he stopped and his eyes glazed over as the vision came "Ugh. Woah."

Selkie looked at him. " Jackal?" She questioned. "Is something wrong?"

"Okay." Said selkie, watching concernedly. " Do you want me to go with you? Or maybe fetch a nurse?"

Jackal shot her a look "Yeah you can come. I'm not insane trust me. At least no more than usual."

Selkie walked with jackal to the Entrance hall.

The beautiful "golden" Sandwing named Sunset ran her talons through the scrolls. there it is! Sunset grabbed a scroll named the dream visitor and other animus touched objects. Sunset opened it, she grabbed the cactus flower

Sabaku walked in and scanned the room quietly

Sunset sat down, curling her tail neatly around her talons but holding the scroll in one. Sunset began to read it, she flipped through it, wondering if her cactus flower was in here and if it did anything good

Selkie strolled into the library, concentrating fiercely. She scanned the shelves of scrolls furiously

Sabaku spotted a SandWing with scales not unlike his and he watched her curiously. He looked at the page she was reading upside down. "Animus objects?" He asked curiously

Sunset jumped up, startled by the new dragonet, "Oh, I'm just very curious to what kind there are" Sunset tucked her flower back into her ear. Sunset closed the scroll, "They're very interesting you know"

Finally, Selkie found the scroll she had been looking for, and retreated to a corner to read it, carefully shielding the title from the two other dragons.

Sunset looked around, not sure is she should tell this dragonet that she had an animus object. Sunset reopened the scroll, "Ever heard of a forever lasting cactus flower? My mother used to tell my legends about it"

Sabaku nodded, his eyes darting to the flower tucked behind her ear. "Yeah, so did mine." He said casually, glancing out of the corner of his eye at the SeaWing

Sunset smiled at Sabuku, "What's your name?" Sunset asked him. Sunset wondered if Sabuka knew that she had that cactus flower, "Pretty cool legend huh?"

"I'm Sabaku." He said. "What's yours?" He nodded. "I love that legend." He said, a little wistfully

"I'm Sunset" Sunset smiled, not noticing the wistfulness. "What do you think the cactus flower can do?" Sunset asked suddenly, "Anything special?"

"It was said to live forever." He said. "Why are you so interested in it?"

Sunset looked towards the ceiling, "I wanted to see if there was any info on where to find it, wouldn't it be cool to have it?" Sunset sighed, "Ever thought it was a curse instead?" Sunset thought about the kind stranger that had given her the animus flower.

Sabaku nodded absentmindedly "It would be pretty, but wouldn't it serve....no purpose? I mean, except for beauty." He sighed. "My mom would love that."

Sunset nodded, "Anyone would want it" Sunset sighed

Sabaku peered at her curiously "So are you related to anyone...important?"

"I'm related to Blaze, but I'm not royal" Sunset once again took the cactus flower from her ear and placed it in her talons. "It'll probably die tomorrow" Sunset sighed casually

Sabaku shook his head. "Look how the petals are turned upwards." He says, also casually, "It's evident that it will live longer than tomorrow." He turns the page and shows Sunset a picture of the flower in the book.

"You're related to Blaze?" He asks. "

Sunset nodded to Sabaku's question, "That's how cactus flowers work, they're unpredictable" Sunset glanced towards the exit then at the page he was showing her, "Are you related to anyone special like an animus or a Queen?" Sunset asked him

Sabaku noticed her glancing towards the exit but made no comment. "My mother is Ostrich."

"Oh, so sort of related to Queen Thorn?" Sunset tried to remember Thorn and all of her out claws. "I heard Sixclaws was Thorn's closest friend" Sunset thought of the large Sandwing, "But that's just what I've heard"

"Yeah, we basically live in the palace." Sabaku said casually.

"Nice" Sunset's poisonous tail curled around her talons neatly. "I've never lived in a palace, maybe you can take me sometime for a visit?" Sunset tilted her head at him, hoping he would say yes. Sunset tried to look attractive but as she tilted her head she realized she already looked attractive without these poses.

Sabaku nodded "Sure." He said and grinned. "Queen Thorn loves visitors." He paused. "If you're the daughter of Blaze, why haven't I seen you around?"

Sunset took a moment to reply. He's right! Mothers kept me away from any other Sandwings, we rarely went into town Sunset finally answered his question, "we didn't live near any other Sandwings, I rarely left the house come to think of it" Sunset looked at her talons, "I guess there was something wrong with me"

Sabaku frowned "Nothing's wrong with you." He said. "Maybe Blaze wasn't comfortable around the Sandwings because in the war some didn't support her?"

Sunset shrugged, she tried to shove the thought that her mother kept her away from others out of her mind. "Most supported her and everything's all settled out now" Sunset shifted her golden wings. "Maybe my mother doesn't trust some of the outclaws that now are in town"
