Shimmer thought for a second, "The silver Winglet, how about you?" She'd be super excited if Fox was in her Winglet but chances were highly unlikely. "Aren't you interested in a specific tribe?" She asked
"I don't have one yet." Fox admitted. "I just got here." He hoped he would Shimmer's winglet if he ever got put in one. "What do mean interested? I mean Ive always found the SeaWings curious, but I haven't studied them. Maybe I should though." He pulldd out the scroll on the seawing massagcre and looked at it curiously.
Shimmer nodded, "Did you know that it wasn't only a Seawing massacre?" She didn't want to sound like a smart alike but she just wanted to throw a fun fact out there. She took out the scroll Fox had given to her about the Sandwings reading it. The Rainwing was fascinated that cactus juice could cure their stings
"Who else did that crazy animus kill?" Fox asked, curiosity getting the best of him. He leaned toward Shimmer. She smelled good, slightly of bananas and pineapples it was nice.((He sounds kinda creepy xD))
((XDDDDD, sort of, but a nice creeepy dragon))Shimmer focused on the book, though she was on a totally different subject, "Well, some Skywings, including a princess, went to that party. All but one of the Skywings survived, the princesses bodyguard." She put the scroll on the ground, looking through the bookshelves. She glanced at him, a warm smile on her face, "Thinking of something?"
Fox was snapped out of his little trance. His eyes widened. "Uh. Yes." He said, sounding pretty confident. He gave her a seepish smile and said, "wow I never knew that." He tried to think of what she had said but pulled a blank. Something about the SeaWing massacre not being just SeaWings which he found baffling. He decided if he read the scroll he would figure it out.
Shimmer rolled her eyes and began to read the scroll again, "Strange how one library can hold so many scrolls" she wondered if she'd tell Fox about her dream. If he began to laugh she'd force a laugh to cover it up, saying she was just kidding.
Fox nodded absentmindedly. "Uh huh." He murmured. Start talking to her again his mind screamed at him. "Weather!" He blurted. He sighed inwardly wishing he could crawl into a hole. Why was she making him act like this? He normally would've never done that, but she didn't need to know that. "It's great." He said trying to cover it up. "The weather here is great."
Shimmer's scales turned grey when he blurted out the word weather but magenta bled through to take the dull color away. "Sorry" she giggled, tail flicking back and forth, "Weather? Hmm, it is pretty nice" she spread her wings, nudging Fox. "Lighten up" she glanced over at the scroll he was reading before putting her own away. "Have you ever had a...." Her voice trailed off as she considered her choices. Just shut up and drop the subject! hissed her mind but a more peaceful voice said the opposite
Fox laughed a bit. "Had a what? A dream? Yes Ive had a few of those." He smiled and nudged her back. He recalled his dream that brought him here to Jade Mountain and frowned slightly.

Shimmer rolled her eyes and made a salute, "Thank you Captain Obvious!" She stealthily stole his scroll, and used her camouflage to hide in the library. "It's a floating scroll!" She tried to make her voice sound distant like another dragonet. She sat next to him, "Oh no! The scroll is gonna kill us all!" She teased, tail poking Fox. "Not just any dream, but I strange one, that is, well, going to happen? Like sort of a future thing?"

Fox laughed and gave her a big smile when she pretended there was a floating scroll. "Like a prophecy future that per say send you to Jade Mountain from a dream?" He asked, hoping he interpreted that correctly. He didn't want to sound like an idiot but he felt like she could be part of the prophecy too.
Shimmer's eyes widened as she appeared back to her magenta, "You're apart of it?" She asked, so excited that she hugged him, their tails twining. She stepped away, "uh, sorry, I must've made this meeting session weird" she stared at the ground though hope fluttered in her heart. "I sort of just got too excited"
Fox found himself disappointed when she pulled away. "No." He said with a small smile. "It's perfectly fine. Do you have any idea what the prophecy means?" He asked curiously.
Shimmer shook her head, "I have no idea" she scooted back toward him, sensing the disappointment. She smiled at him, "I just hope it doesn't lead to bloodshed" she suddenly seemed to frown at the thought. I'd risk my own life to stop bloodshed she tried not to think about her death, though it was hard to. Her tail flicked near his, if it got too depressing she'd twin her tails around his again

((XD))Fox smiled and twined his tail with hers. He leaned closer to her. "I'll do everything in my power. I won't let it come to that." He murmured. "I mean if we have anything to say about what goes on then we should be able to stop any bloodshed." He thought back to his line of the prophecy, "surrounded, not willingly, by trails of blood." It made him shudder slightly.
Shimmer smiled, "Me too" she poked him with her talon. "Wings of rain protected by night, will show herself when the time is right" she whispered, glad their tails were twined. "Hopefully it won't come to the reckless dragonet trying to save the day" she said affectionately, feeling completely relaxed, she hoped nothing would possibly be able to stop this new friendship
Fox closed his eyes. "I'm sure it won't but if it does you'll be the best wreckless dragon trying to save the day in the history of Pyrriya." He sighed. His lines worried him. It sounded as if he was going to get framed or worse, become some killer. Fox didn't want to go back to jail, to be a criminal again. He had changed.
Shimmer rolled her eyes, "Fox, come on, everyone knows you're the reckless one!" She squeaked, frills flaring at the thought of her friend dying. "Alright, are you sure you're alright? You look sad and frustrated" she murmured, wanting to try to calm Fox down
"Nothing really. I'm just a bit worried. It'll all turn out alright though." Fox said, forcing a smile which wasn't too hard for him. "And by the way I am SO not the wreckless one." He poked her with his tail and gave her a playful smile.

"Keep telling yourself that!" Shimmer replied playfully, eyes shining. She poked him back and called out, "Tag!" She giggled and darted away from the book shelves. The Rainwing's tail seemed to fly through the air
Fox rolled his eyes, but streamed after Shimmer. He laughed and chased her around the library. "Let's go outside and fly" he shouted across the library to her, earing a shush from Starflight.((You you want to post first somewhere above the mountains or something?))
((Sure, sorry for pause, i had to go 2 bed :( ))Shimmer glanced at Starlfight before nodding, "Race you there!" she whispered because she had darted towards Fox to get outside. Magenta and yellow rippled through her scales like ripples on water after a rock was thrown.

Breeze giggled, "Yes, sort of" she took out a small scroll, it was pretty much the basics of reading. She thought it was rather dumb to have a guide to read if you can't read but scrolls were scrolls.((Awe well night :3 I've been trying to stay up late. It's 9:31))
