Kadijah Michelle (kadmich) | 2176 comments Hello All, Happy October! I'm sorry this one didn't get done until the 3rd, but sometimes that's what happens when you have kids. This is my 5th attempt to post this message! The end of the year is approaching, so count up how many books you have to read so you can finish your goal! .

Here are September's statistics, as of today, we have 136 participants. We have read 453 books of the 2000 pledged, and 6 participants have completed the challenge!

Great job everyone!

message 404: by ❀ Sabina (last edited Oct 04, 2016 03:58PM) (new)

❀ Sabina (namida2u) I've gone through my TBR and deleted a lot of books. Some of them were on this list (almost half of them), which I've also crossed off. I'll probably add new random book to this list (but it'll be from my Next-to-read-in-series-list).

So I'm at 6/50.. but I've got only 30 books on my list right now that I actually want to read ^^"

Just to clarify - was your reply "Absolutely not." to my question about it being acceptable to substitute books or to the question 'any problems with me substituting earlier ones? I originally took it to mean you didn't have a problem with it but now I think that you were saying it is not acceptable - can you enlighten me please?!?

This is so not my challenge, I'm reading one book for this challenge so I might get half of my goal. I think I read over 10 book from my tbr pile but, of course, not these books. Oh well.

message 440: by ❀ Sabina (new)

❀ Sabina (namida2u) This challenge wasn't it for me. I've read only 6/50 and removed 21/50 from my TBR, because I don't want to read them anymore..

Well, now I know that I'd rather decide in the spur of the moment what I'ld like to read.
