Quick Profile Question

Is it possible to edit or customize profiles further? Like whether or not your shelves show up on your profile, or whether or not the groups you are in are displayed?

Because if possible, I'd prefer my groups to be hidden from my author profile, as well as having my shelves displayed instead.

I wasn't sure where this question should go, or whether it had been asked before, so I'm sorry if it has, or this isn't the right place to ask it, I've just been trying to figure out how to change what is visible and what is not, and haven't found a way to yet. If there isn't a way at all, that would be disappointing, but understandable, of course.
