Personality
Fate is one of the most curious dragons you'll ever meet in your life. She enjoys getting into mischief and is very quiet at times. She is very good at fighting and was taught how to cancel out Rainwing venom.
History
When Fate hatched, Moon was so proud but heartbroken at the same time. She loved Winter, not Quibli. Fate was concealed from society after she was almost stung by a Sandwing for being an obvious hybrid. She is rarely allowed out into the open, though she had managed to sneak out a lot.

Moon, please, can't you just make a SkyWing? She could be whatever/whoever you want, spice it up, make her history exciting-I've seen your characters, they're awesome, use some of that creativity into making an awesome SkyWing.
