Aurora is a beautiful light purpley blue icewing. She looks mostly like a normal icewing, except for the scattered scales that look like the northern lights. She has purple eyes that are also an odd feature.
PERSONALITY
Aurora is like the weather sometimes she is warm and nice, and sometimes she is cold and icy. To Aurora beauty is very important, she spends at least ten minutes making herself look good, and is very fond of rainwings and their ability to change colour. She is usually nice, but if you upset her, the bracelet comes off...
HISTORY
Aurora never knew her real parents. She was abandoned as an egg in the middle of a blizzard, which chilled her egg and gave her too much ice. Aurora was found as a newborn dragonet by a nightwing named Dark that gave her a bracelet that warmed her up and got rid of her powers while she wore it. She liked it with him but unfortunately When she was 5 he left her to fend for herself, but she couldn't survive on the few penguins she managed to freeze, so she went to the icewing village to see if anyone wanted her. She soon was adopted by a kind family with dragonets, and when their dragonets left for jade mountain she went with them.
POWERS
Aurora is an icescale. She has way too much ice, and when she isn't wearing her bracelet she freezes whatever she touches. Also if she freezes something at the perfect temperature, she preserves it, once she preserved a flower and it Is still alive in the icewing village. She can be hurt, I mean any dragon can hurt her, just they would probably freeze in the process, she has one power spot. Her chest, right by her heart. If any dragon touches that they will be dead within seconds. But, for every strength there is a weakness. Fire shuts down her powers. If a dragon breathes fire at her it won't hurt her, it will get rid of her powers. Not for good, just for an hour or two. She is still, always immune to fire though. Also for some reason water seems to hurt her, it freezes to her and it is like a leech. Her power focuses on it instead of her target and it uses up all her ice.

Real family: Aurora's real family is actually royal. She was abandoned by the queen of the icewings.

Tempest is frosty blue with small black flecks under her wings, she looks like a reverse Nightwing. She also is a lot larger than most dragons her age, she is even larger than her mom.
PERSONALITY
Tempest is a classic Icewing with a twist. She believes she is the smartest dragon in Pyrrhia (she probably is xD). She is also a fighter. She will not stop until she gets what she wants, no matter what. That to most dragons is a disadvantage. She also a bit of a mini Clearsight, always thinking of the future. She tries to organize everyone's minds into categories: the possible friends, possible enemies, threats, and dragons she shouldn't bother meet. Some other mind readers get scared looking into her mind.
HISTORY
(Reminder, Tempest was alive while Glacier was Queen, so there was still rankings when she was young)
Tempest and her brothers Penguin, and Arctic all started as a normal Icewing, trying to ignore their Nightwing origins. From the seventh circle they both made their way to the second circle. They were sent on a mission during the war. They were all sent to Skywing territory to investigate. While they were there they were ambushed by a Skywing patrol. Arctic was killed. She and Penguin were knocked down to the bottom of the seventh circle. She only had one option. The Diamond Trial. She had too, for Arctic, the only dragon who ever understood her. She entered the cave and met, who claimed was, Darkstalkers mother,Foeslayer . Tempest won the Diamond Trial, killing the oldest prince. She became first in the first circle. She was so pleased with herself! Until her mother gave worst news ever. She was going to have another sister or brother. After a month the egg hatched, revealing a tiny dragonet, her sister. It looked almost exactly like Arctic, they named her snowdrop. So snowdrop was her new sister. To Tempest Snowdrop was the most annoying dragon in all of Pyrrhia. She would always follow Tempest wherever she went, asking who everyone was. Then when Snowdrop was one Their mother gave her more bad news. They were taking in a lost dragonet. Tempest was furious. This new dragon, Aurora, was stealing her mother and their was nothing so could do. Soon her mother began to tell all them to go to jade mountain. She was reluctant at first, but soon she realized it would be good to have friends. That way she would have someone to help her.

Storm - mother - Tempest doesn't really like her mother, but who cares.
Penguin - brother - To Tempest, Penguin is just a pawn, nothing special. She only reason she even mentions him is the fact he is her only brother left.
Aurora - adoptive sister - Aurora is Tempest's arch enemy. She stole her mother.
Snowdrop - sister - Anoying, just another pawn.

Wing / Frill Color
He has the bioluminescent stripes and patterns of a SeaWing, and since he has royal blood, he bears the intricate swirls and patterns that mark him as a prince on his wings. The frills in between his back spines are a red-orange-gold gradient, the root being red and fading outwards to gold. The spines themselves are a deep maroon, almost black. He has bioluminescent stripes on his frills too, and he has a frill near his ears and back behind his head, almost like a RainWing. What caused this mutation? No one knows. Archi often likes to flare it up when showing off, or when he's mad or upset.
Scale Color
Archi's scales, as a result of his hybrid nature, are a mix of shades. His scales are sleek, and are a beautiful gradient, like his frills, except each one is a sort of dark blue to teal-ish to white (see below). His scales also have a sort of shimmer to them, like sunlight on water, and has scalloped gold edging.

General
❖ Archipelago has this sort of calming aura around him. He has an innate ability to calm even the most tempestuous of dragons, and is revered as a peacemaker. He is calm and doesn't rise to taunts. Archi has trained himself to ignore insults and harden his heart, creating an untouchable barrier around his mind and soul. His voice is like silver and has a beautiful singing quality to it, as if you could drift off into dreamland by just listening to him talk. He can put you in a trance, and he uses this to his advantage when in danger.
It's impossible to survive in my world unless you know how to disappear quickly and quietly
❖ Archi usually relies on his ability to talk his way out of any situation. He is logical and strategic, and diverts questions and conversations with the practice and skill of someone who has had to survive by using this tactic. Some who have met him have sworn that he could tell a squirrel to run straight into his claws, and it would do it. He is that persuasive. He can bend minds to his will, manipulate senses, and even convince others to forget he was even there.
❖ Archi is pretty closed off towards others. He doesn't have a lot of social experience, and the dragons that he does meet are usually very hostile towards a hybrid. This is why he developed the survival skills he has now. He is fast and light, gone before you even knew he was there. He can pry information from even the most stubborn dragons, and others swear he is a ghost. Archi is impossible to bribe, as he believes he has nothing that others need or want from him or he from them. He keeps secrets locked away, and has never, ever told another soul about his past.
❖ If you do get to meet him, though, he has this irresistible charm that causes others to immediately take a liking to him. He is kind and caring, generous and sympathetic. He is fair and has a inner sense of justice and balance. Learning to communicate with him is hard, because he is very hard to connect with. He can become distant, but for those he loves, he is always looking out for them. Archi is a great dragon once you get to know him, but often, he doesn't stick around for that to happen. He instinctively is on the lookout, and sleeps lightly. He can become paranoid, but his senses are fine-tuned and you can trust him on watch, even in the darkest of nights and situations.

First person
I woke up to a deep booming sound. My father was already awake, his wings outstretched and filling the small space. "Father?" I whispered, and he looked down at me. I immediately looked down too. "Quiet." he said, his rough voice toned down. "Do you hear that?"
I nodded. It wasn't hard to make out. It was all around us.
"That's the thunderstorm we've been waiting for." he looked down at me. I cringed as another boom exploded in my ear. "It's loud." I shouted. He opened his mouth in a laugh that was drowned out by the force of nature around us.
Suddenly, a soft thump could be heard behind us. "What's that?" I asked nervously, turning, but all I could see was black, black, black. A bright flash of white lit up the sky, illuminating my shimmering scales, and also something else behind us.
"Solara?" I asked incredulously. A huddled shape sat at the back of our cave, unbeknownst to us. A sob came out of the shape, and it uncurled. The IceWing we had communicated with was weeping. "Solara, what's wrong?" I rushed over to her, and she flinched away. A bright crackling sound burst as she moved, and her wings glittered as I realized her wings were solid ice.
"What happened?" I asked gently, leaning down. Father was standing behind me, his eyes narrowed as I comforted Solara. "Why are you here?"
"I..." she choked out, then closed her eyes. Her heartbeat fluttered and I momentarily panicked. "I'm sorry."
Something hard slammed into the back of my head, and I disappeared into a void.
A few hours later...
I woke with a start.
I was in a place I thought I'd never see again.
When my father and I had run away, we vowed never to come here. To only return in death, when our souls, as SeaWings, returned to the place we were born.
Of course, I was half SkyWing, but that's a minor detail.
"Batray!" A commanding voice echoed across the room. I raised my head, and someone whipped me across the snout. "Keep still." a voice hissed, and whipped me again, but softer that time. I stilled my head, but I could see a SeaWing, bedecked in jewels, looking down her nose at him. My father.
Father was chained up, his powerful tail restrained, his wings bound. He raised his head, and his expression was furious. "Clam." he said, his voice low and deep. "What have you done?"
She paced the floor, her gills pulsing. "I'm here to bring you back." she said, at last stopping. "You've been away too long."
"I thought I made it clear that I was never going to come back." he said resolutely. I frowned slightly. Was he going to mention me?
"After you ran off with that ridiculous SkyWing, I made it my duty to save you. She obviously put you under some kind of spell." Clam said, her eyes flickering. Father managed not to roll his eyes, but I could feel contempt flowing off of him. "Clam, you have to stop obsessing over me."
She whirled, and snarled in his face. "I'm trying to help you! You knew I loved you, and you left me, even though we both know you loved me too!" her voice rose higher and higher in pitch. "For some insignificant SkyWing! When you left, I was heartbroken. I cried for days, and when you ran, the queen came to me. She told me that I'd have a chance to win you back."
Father's eyes softened. "I made my choice, Clam." he said, a little sadly. She bared her teeth, and flashed her scales. I could recognize that command. Bring him here.
Someone grabbed something that was attached to my neck. A fleshy seaweed chain that towed me across the room to Clam's talons. She sliced it off, and grabbed my throat, crushing my windpipe. Father's eyes widened slightly. "Clam, you don't want to do this." he said, but his voice shook.
"Halfbreed spawn is not permitted here." she said, smiling wickedly. "The queen has promised that I'd be raised to a level of royalty. And that my daughter would be too."
A young dragonet about my age peeked around a pillar, her sea green eyes narrowed. Father narrowed his eyes at Clam. "And how's that going to work?"
"I'll give your son one chance to live, because I am merciful." Clam said, and released my throat. I fell to the floor, gasping. "I propose a marriage alliance."
Father snarled, low and deep. "I am already bonded."
"Then you won't mind your son being mated to my daughter." Clam said dismissively. I stopped coughing for a moment, and saw that Father's eyes were wide with fear. "You wouldn't."
"My daughter is more worthy than your halfbreed son, so you should be glad I'm offering her talon in marriage." Clam snapped, and her daughter walked over. "Dolphin here is more than willing to mate with him."
"No." Father's voice was flat. "Then we'll have him executed." Clam motioned to the guards, and they came forward, snatching me up. "Father!" I cried out, my emotions betraying me. "Help me!"
"Clam!" My father shouted, but she gave no hint of mercy as she watched me be dragged away. "Clam." His voice was softer this time. She turned to him, her eyes alight in triumph. "He'll do it."
I quit struggling as the guards dumped me back at Clam's talons. "Then we'll meet again to discuss the terms of the marriage alliance." She said, her voice positively gleeful. I turned to watch Dolphin, Clam's daughter, as she sauntered over to me. "I look forward to getting to know you better." she whispered in my ear, and I flinched as she laughed, exiting the room with a flourish. Father was eyeing me with a cold, distant look. "I'm sorry." he whispered.
Please, don't make me do this, I wanted to plead. But did I? No.
Archipelago managed to escape that night. No one knows how or why. Only he does, and that is one thing he will never give up, never tell another soul. His father was killed, spotted floating in the water with blood leaking out of his severed neck. Once free, Archi swam to the SkyWing mountains, and has hid there ever since. Dolphin and Clam continue their search for him, and he is haunted by his memories from his past.

Aqua is a bold dragon, and often uses her power to get her way. She likes being used by her queen, mainly because it's the only place she feels comfortable. She is very awkward around other dragons, always anticipating everything, sometimes she thinks of all the ways she could kill another dragon. During the war she fought for the seawings, so she is used to murdering other dragons and it isn't a big deal just to say "If this dragon touches me he will be painfully decapitated." And watch him suffer. She doesn't really know what it's like to have friends. Often she observes other dragon's friendships and tries to learn how to make friends, so she is actually really polite, if someone would actually talk to her. And Unlike Nightstalker ANY dragon who lays eyes on her will run, screaming in terror.

PERSONALITY
Nightstalker is the kind of dragon no one trusts. He is shy, which most dragons think means he is plotting some evil nightwing scheme. If you get to know him he is actually a really nice, caring dragon, but he got more secretive and shy. He has a bit more fire than the normal nightwing, but nothing to fiery. Some say he is a distant relative of starflight and Mastermind (he isn't) because when you know him he will go on and on and on about science. Because no one likes him he uses his power to his advantage, knowing if other dragons actually like him, or just say they do.
APPEARANCE
Nightstalker is almost completely black, except for the few star-like specks. He has dark green eyes, which some say hypnotize others, but they actually don't. He has some dark grey splotches, but other than that he is a normal nightwing. Under his wings have a reddish tone.
HISTORY
"Yes my life was rough, but I'm here, aren't I"
As a newborn dragonet he was ripped from his real family by one of the royal Nightwing guards. They brought him to Queen Dreamstealer, claiming to have found him alone in the forest. Dreamstealer took advantage of him having no loved ones. She raised him as her own son and told him he was royalty. Once he grew old enough she got him ready for battle and he was trained by the best Nightwing assassin. When he was only six he was used by Dreamstealer to do all her dirty work. He killed many, tortured more, and upset almost every dragon in Pyrhhia. When he was eleven Dreamstealer decided to give him a vacation (really she just wanted him to think she wasn't completely evil) at Jade Mountain.
