According to Robin Hobb's Twitter feed, we're looking at Spring 2017 for a release

Elizabeth King If this ends up being the last book the author writes for the Fitz and Fool characters I'd much rather she take her time than rush out a disappointing ending (but I had hoped to have it for a summer-read THIS summer :-P). Who am I kidding? I KNOW I'll LOVE IT! Robin Hobb has yet to disappoint.
