SOLVED. Bad date Contemporary Romantic comedy? [s]

Hi everyone, I'm trying to find a book where the heroine has one bad date after another. I can't believe that I have no record of it, since I enjoyed it so much.

It seems our heroine gets a new hunky neighbor in the condo next door, who is not interested in romance, because he was done dirty by his wife, yet he still hopes they will get back together. He has a friend who tells him that all he talks about is his neighbor lady and her crazy dates. She has to ask him for cab fare one night after a disastrous date tells her to find her own way home when his car breaks down after she warned him something was wrong with his car!

I remember her neighbor wishes he could introduce these jerks to his ex!

It seems that he has a son and daughter who immediately like her, and vice versa, but he only gets them on alternating weekends.

Of course they end up together once his ex tells him she is marrying her boyfriend.

I want to read it again, and save it in my lists.

Some of her dates are hilarious and the author is a great comedy writer. I remember laughing and snorting quite a bit while reading it, and it was also very sweet, and the hero was tender-hearted and swoony! He finds her dating disasters hilarious, but he also feels sorry for her.

When she watched him move in she notices a tag on his big truck that says something like "big boys, big toys"! So she doesn't think much of him before she meets him.
