You're sometimes or all the time feel depressed
You might be sad or depressed sometimes, but don't worry we all do. Depression is caused by a deep pain of sadness and it can be a hard fight to win sometimes. Just remember that you should keep going, because you only have this life you're living right now, to make what you want come true. I know how it feels to be sad a lot, but the best thing you can do is do things that make you happy! And cutting isn't the only thing you can do. There is so much more in life, than feeling sad and depressed because of one single thing or person. Don't let it take over your life. Just remember that you are strong, because you've already made it this far. Depression is a hard battle, but there are people who are out there to always help you. I'm here to help you. Without you, this world would be more lonely than it already is. And remember, that you are worth it :)

You often feel insecure, or you sometimes you just feel like your not good enough. You try your best at everything, but you feel like you never do anything quite the way you want it. Your insecurity might be holding you back from something amazing. But its okay. Everyone has felt what insecurity feels like. You always seem to worry about things too much, or always think about the future a lot. Its not a bad thing, we all worry too much. But worrying too much can cause a lot of stress. Its okay to take a few breaks when you feel stressed or tired of everything. Worrying can usually make a problem even more worse. Just keep thinking on the brightside, that things will be just fine, and you'll be okay. *plays hold on till may by pierce the veil* And plus Worrying is a waste of time. You'll find out the future will be better than you had hoped so keep your head up even when its hard to believe there still light. They always say that you'll find a light at the end of a tunnel.
