I don't have a copy of the book (yet). I was just looking at my tbr to see where pages were missing. I didn't know worldcat is more reliable. I'll keep that in mind for next time.

For Kindle we prefer Amazon over everything else. For paper we prefer book in hand, followed by worldcat, and then everything else.
