Ella Grace is a pseudonym that Christy Reece also uses and I have always enjoyed her books.
Midnight Secrets is a story about a Murder/Suicide that is later determined to be a double homicide, young love that goes wrong and a second chance for Savannah and Zach when she returns home ten years later after she is threatened by a criminal she puts behind bars.
I enjoyed this book a lot but it didn't keep my attention the whole way through.

Review:
One of my friends suggested that I give Peeps a try because she enjoyed it. I tend to avoid main male characters only because it’s easier for me to connect with female ones. However I didn’t have any issues connecting with Cal I liked him right from the start his sense of humor made me smile. The author has taken the vampire concept and put his own unique twists creating an exciting new story. Peeps is one of those books you will find yourself smiling about as well as googling to see if all the little parasite info is real. I know I was looking up a few to see pictures and found it fascinating. It’s one of those books you can sit down and lose all track of time reading which is what happened to me. This is my first book by this author but now I want to check out the rest of his books. I’m also looking forward to starting the second book to see what will happen next. I will honestly never look at the sugary peeps again after reading this book good thing I don’t like them.

Review: I really like the Vincent brothers and was so glad to see it all work out.... But this book is full of turns and twists. I couldn't put it down...
Getting a boy to fall head-over-heels in love with you isn’t easy. Especially when he’s been in love with your cousin for as long as you can remember.
Lana has lived her life in her cousin’s shadow. Ashton always made perfect grades, had tons of friends, and looks model-perfect. And she’s always had Sawyer Vincent—the only boy Lana’s ever wanted—wrapped around her finger. But now things are different. Lana has a chance to make Sawyer see her, and she’s taking it. If only he’d get over Ashton—because Lana is sick of second-best.
Sawyer’s heart is broken. He’s lost his best girl to his best friend. And then Lana comes to town. Ashton’s cousin has always been sweet and soft-spoken, but now she’s drop-dead gorgeous as well. Sawyer doesn’t know if Lana can heal his broken heart, but spending time with her might at least make Ashton jealous.
What starts as a carefree fling becomes a lusty game of seduction. Sawyer and Lana may have different motives, but their scintillating hookups are the same kind of steamy. . . .

Jennifer may be in high school but she writes vampire novels. Her first was just published but the realization that maybe she knows more than she should about the vampires that walk the night is coming out.
I didn't like Jennifer at all which maybe soured the book for me. I found her frustrating and just rude to those around her even the ones trying to help her. I found myself liking the witch Caryn instead even though she's not the main character in the story. I didn't like Aubrey in the first but I admit he's grown on me as the story progressed.
I've had this one on my TBR for a while after loving the first one. However Demon in My View fell short to me. Maybe it's because I just didn't like the main character and had a hard time connecting with her. I like the concept for the vampire as well as the witches. The author's writing style is easy to follow along with it flows smoothly which I enjoyed. It's a short book so I was able to finish it in one sitting. Even though this isn't my favorite book in the series it's still interesting to see another side of Aubrey and I'm looking forward to the next one.

I definitely liked this book more than The Good Boy and see how Lane is starting to stand up for himself more. He still has a problem telling his mother no and yet as the book goes on he starts to stand up for himself and do what he feels he wants rather than what his mother tells him to do. I really hated his mother which means Lisa Henry did a great job writing this book and I only wish Lane could see that she was manipulating him sooner. He is so hungry for his parents love and approval and is willing to believe maybe his mom has changed while she was in prison.
I had this and The Good Boy on my TBR shelf for a while and am glad I finally got aroung to reading it. Lisa Henry is going to be one of my definite buys when new books are published.

Review- I am really enjoying this series...The story draws you in and leaves you wanting more...
Gameboard of the Gods introduced religious investigator Justin March and Mae Koskinen, the beautiful supersoldier assigned to protect him. Together they have been charged with investigating reports of the supernatural and the return of the gods, both inside the Republic of United North America and out. With this highly classified knowledge comes a shocking revelation: Not only are the gods vying for human control, but the elect—special humans marked by the divine—are turning against one another in bloody fashion.
Their mission takes a new twist when they are assigned to a diplomatic delegation headed by Lucian Darling, Justin’s old friend and rival, going into Arcadia, the RUNA’s dangerous neighboring country. Here, in a society where women are commodities and religion is intertwined with government, Justin discovers powerful forces at work, even as he struggles to come to terms with his own reluctantly acquired deity.
Meanwhile, Mae—grudgingly posing as Justin’s concubine—has a secret mission of her own: finding the illegitimate niece her family smuggled away years ago. But with Justin and Mae resisting the resurgence of the gods in Arcadia, a reporter’s connection with someone close to Justin back home threatens to expose their mission—and with it the divine forces the government is determined to keep secret.
Thank you Jenne for doing this at last moment....:)
