"Peaceful. Tired. Like I can sleep forever." Remedy replied. She closed her eyes as her whole body relaxed. She couldn't sense any life inside her other then her own presence. She realised maybe it had all been a mistake. Maybe she wasn't pregnant. And with that thought she thought about Eric. "I want my baby back....." Rem said very softly as more tears spilled over and her eyes blinked again. Though when they closed again her blue grey eyes remained hidden behind her eyelids.
"And you'll get him back..." Gary said just before she fell asleep. Then he stood up and walked out of the room going down stairs. He entered the living room and looked around. "Where the hell is Bones" he figured the door slammer had been Gregor.Bones just continued to walk, he picked up his pace though. Wanting to get as far away as possible at the moment.
"The bastard left." Marie said. She came out of the kitchen with a bottle of whiskey and a cigarette in her hand. She glanced at Gary and jerked her head into the direction he had taken. She was not liking him very much at the moment.
Ian and Poppy had gone to a room to feed from each other and rest. They were both tired for their own reasons and hadn't jumped to action since, well what could they really do?
Gregor hadn't put up a fight nor reacted much at all. He sat slumped in a easy chair and staring into space. He seemed completely out of it now.
Rem remained asleep and was having a odd dream before the dream faded and she dreamt no more as she went deeper and deeper.
Eric finally stopped crying. He was rather more angry now and decided the moment he was released he was going to bite Anso and bite him good. He had gotten Rem's tough cookieness after all.
Ian and Poppy had gone to a room to feed from each other and rest. They were both tired for their own reasons and hadn't jumped to action since, well what could they really do?

Gary sighed, "Yeah, well I can understand why. His son just gotten stolen out from under his nose and no one was doing a damn thing about it" he said. "You drinking, and the other two are doing god knows what in that bed room. Maybe if you would get off you ass and help he wouldn't have left to take care of it himself" he said, knowing that, that was what Bones was going to do. Whether he planned on doing that when he left or not that's what he would do. "Now put the alcohol away, and go help Rem. She thinks she may be pregnant again, and her stomach was cramping a little bit ago" he said then he walked over to the door. "I'm going to go and help Bones, since it seems no one else is willing too" he said and ran out of the door.
Marie sighed and rolled her eyes. She went upstairs yes but she passed Remedy's room for her third floor laboratory. She then took a huge swig of whiskey and a long drag from her cigarette and then proceeded with conjuring up some powerful and ancient mojo that might have been a wee bit forbidden.
Remedy woke up and stood. She made the bed and went into the bathroom where she took a three minute shower, washing her hair and body, noticing nothing new or odd and then got out. She brushed her teeth and combed her hair. She then got dressed in a pair of stretchy blue jeans and a white and black checked shirt with pink socks and black and white sneakers. She then took a deep breath as she prepared to go and retrieve her son. She instantly teleported and appeared inside the flat. Right next to the cat carrier. She gasped as she saw her baby boy laying inside it and reached out, wanting to open it but not having any luck.

Anso heard Rem and fell her across the room, sending her crashing through the front window. Then he cast a quick spell, that wouldn't let anyone in without his invite. He was over to the broken window and looked out at Rem on the lawn. "Try anything again, and I'll just kill him now" he said. "Not just take his powers, but kill him right here in front of you. There will be nothing you could do and you'd watch him suffer because I wouldn't go easy on him just because he's a baby. Do you understand. Oh and that goes for any spell, you witch bitch of a Grandma wants to cast. This house in blocked with every kind of spell out there, and if she tries anything it's over and he dies" he said and then walked away from the window. "Go rely the message would you"
Rem gasped as was flown through the window. She landed on her back hard once outside. She had been so close! She got up and tried not to groan but she did. Then she stood there and screamed. "Why Eric?! Why us?! Couldn't you have tortured someone else?!" She asked desperately as she held back her tears for once. Inside Eric sensed his mother nearby and gurgled happily.
Anso stayed inside, out of sight. "I picked you, because the prophecy said, that described you and Bones's lives perfectly would have a son and that son would be very powerful. More powerful then any hybrid and any warlock that ever existed." he said. "A man, whose life has been riddled with nothing but death will meet a young and plain human girl. The man unknowing of her secret feels the need to protect her, and he succeeds. Then on one unfateful night he sees her, for her real self. Like he's always feared he would again, he lost control and attacked her, but unlike everyone else, this one girl managed to make him take control back. He stopped and ran, letting her live to another day, a lucky one among the million unlucky." he said and walked back over to the window, looking out at Rem. "These two are pulled together like no other thing in the world. They will go through a lot, and eventually will conceive a baby boy. That boy will wield the power of a thousand warlocks, and will be as powerful as his parents love is strong." he said with a macabre smile, finishing the prophecy. "Sound familiar" he asked, then disappeared into the house again.
Remedy stood there. She was breathing oddly again. "What prophecy?" She asked softly. She heard his words but did not understand them. She knew what it meant but in the same breath she didn't understand what it meant. She raised a single and small pale hand and laid it over her stomach, wondering if this so called prophecy spoke of a second child as Rem remained unsure about it. She still sensed nothing and her stomach was as pale and as soft as it ever was. She walked closer to the window and shouted inside, "Eric sweety are you okay?" She was relieved when she was met with joyous giggles a moment later.

Anso walked over to the cat carrier and picked it up, not all that gently either. He brought it over to the table he was working on. Then he snapped his fingers and a bottle of the stuff he usually drinks appeared in the cat carrier with Eric. He started to work again a moment later.
Bones ran up behind Rem, having finally made it to the flat. "What are you doing here, and what's going on?" he asked looking at the hole in the window.

Rem jumped slightly when Bones appeared by her. She dropped her hand from her stomach and turned to him, she was cold and distant when she spoke. "I came to get our son. He threw me out though before I could get Eric out and he's warded the place off. HE PUT OUR SON IN A CAT CARRIER BONES!!!" Rem shouted before suddenly, she passed out.
Rem jumped slightly when Bones appeared by her. She dropped her hand from her stomach and turned to him, she was cold and distant when she spoke. "I came to get our son. Then he heard Gary behind him and he picked Rem up. He turned around to see Gary walking over to them. "Take her back to the house" he said and passed her to Gary. "Make sure Poppy or Marie looks over her. Make sure she's okay" he said.
Gary took Rem from Bones and nodded slightly before running back to the house.
Bones turned back to the house and started thinking.

Eric giggled more as he now sensed his father. He hoped like a naughty lad that Anso's ass would get super kicked. He giggled and clapped his hands, ignoring the shitty stuff Anso had placed inside the carrier. He was just a baby after all and he needed his mother's milk. It was really all his tiny body could digest.
Rem stirred. "What..... What happened.....Bones.....Eric...." Remedy murmured softly as she leaned her head into Gary's chest. She sighed as she opened her eyes. "No take me back... I have to help get Eric out....." She said weakly.

Then he made it to the house a few moment's later and he ran up to her room and laid her on the bed. He kept a hand on her though so she couldn't go anywhere, teleporting included. "Poppy, could you come up here please?" he asked.Bones stared at the house for a long time before jumping up onto the roof. He walked silently over to the chimney and looked inside. Yep, it didn't have the same shimmer as the rest of the entrances to the house. This part wasn't blocked. Anso forgot about it. With a small sigh Bones climbed onto the chimney then jumped down it. He landed in the fire place, completely covered in soot, but that didn't stop him. He ran into the room Anso was in. "Sorry, about crashing the party. I think my invite was lost in the mail"
"Don't you tell me what I can and cannot do you little pervert!" Rem shouted as she tried to get up and was halfway into a sitting position when she made a small noise that sounded like 'oomph'. She fell back onto the bed as both her hands were instantly on her belly. She didn't understand what was happening to her. Was she pregnant or sick? Her skin was a normal shade and her stomach's skin was soft to the touch. She sensed and felt no life inside her and she was feeling sick more then pregnant. She looked at Gary, "Can you tell?" She asked him as she sank into the bed, tired again.
Marie was busy concocting something truly horrible. She smiled evilly.

After a few minutes her frown only increased. "I can't see. The device is being blocked by something. I can't get a reading or an image." She told them.

Anso smiled brightly. "Sure, why not?" He asked brightly as he went into the kitchen and got a knife and then walked back, all the while holding Bones in place. Then he stuck the knife into Bones's gut. In a place that was sure to elicit the most pain. Then he twisted the knife and removed it and stuck it into his leg. He then basically started playing pin the tail on the donkey with a knife and Bones's body.
Anso smiled brightly. "Sure, why not?" He asked brightly as he went into the kitchen and got a knife and then walked back, all the while holding Bones in place. Then he stuck the knife into Bones's gut. In a place that was sure to elicit the most pain. Then he twisted the knife and removed it and stuck it into his leg. He then basically started playing pin the tail on the donkey with a knife and Bones's body.
Bones was in pain and he screamed at first but then it just turned to a laugh. "Oh god please stop" he said mockingly and acted like he was trying to keep himself from laughing again. Gary shook his head slightly, "No I can't sense anything." he said. "But I can see what's going on at Anso's flat with Bones" he said and he looked to the right and saw Anso torturing Bones. There was a camera from the street that looked into the house at the right angle, so he could see everything that was going on. Bones probably would have continued laughing and taunting Anso, but since he couldn't because Anso cut out his voice box he moved on. He concentrated all his strength into moving, everything he had. He was concentrating so hard that soon he didn't even fell what Anso was doing to him.
Rem sat up and for once nothing happened. She practically shouted, "What's happening?!" She said and before she realised it her Power Mimicry was activated. Her eyes shifting into their black form and stealing Gary's power by his more then ample amount of blood inside her body. She flinched as the odd power started and then she gasped. Seeing what Anso was doing to Bones.

Bones was still to busy concentrating that he couldn't hear Anso when he mentioned Eric.After a few minutes he managed to wiggle his fingers, and then his hand.Gary was about to tell her when she stole his power, or copied it really. "He stopped now," was all he could think of to say, after Anso stopped torturing Bones.
Remedy blinked her eyes and they became normal again. She suddenly looked very pale. "I'm going to be sick.." Was all she said before shooting up and running into the bathroom, throwing up after seeing what she had seen. She vomited twice more before rinsing her mouth and then again passing out.

"Poppy, we need you again" Gary said when he ran into the bathroom and saw Rem passed out. He picked her up and brought her back to the bed.When Anso punched Bones, he came out of his zen state and he groaned in pain. It he was able to talk he would have been swearing like a sailor and probably taunting Anso, saying he hit like a girl, or maybe something more clever. Bones also blacked out for a bit but once he came to he started concentrating again, and he lost all feeling of the punches.
Anso stopped, knowing Bones wasn't feeling anything any more. He sighed, bored. Then he picked up the knife again and started twirling it in his hands. "Well I suppose I should finish you now then once and for all. I mean, the first part of the prophecy is complete and so is the second. You're no longer needed. And after this next one neither will Remedy. I shall take my time with her though. I hear she's a rather good *" He said and laughed coldly. Then he placed the knife over his heart and with Rem not there to bring him back.....
Poppy came into the room and examined Remedy. "It's just a standard passing out. I can't do much. Though if you want her conscious I suggest some smelling salts." She said and left as Remedy laid on the bed, small and pale.

At the sound of Anso talking about Rem Bones eyes snapped open and he glared at Anso. Then with shear will, and a lot of anger her was able to move. He dropped of the wall like a bad ass, and then smiled coldly at Anso. "To bad you'll never get to find out" he said his voice a bit raspy because his voice box wasn't completely healed yet. Then took the knife from him with one quick movement.
Anso cursed mentally as Bones escaped his grasp and grabbed the knife. He smiled insanely at him and then flicked his wrist, sending the knife flying. "Oh I don't think you should speak so quickly." He said and then shot forward, punching Bones in his face hard.
Bones stumbled back a few steps but regained himself quickly. Then he ducked under Anso's second move for him and ran for the knife. He knew that that was what would save him, not his brute strength. Luckily Bones did make it to the knife and he had it in his hand.Gary nodded slightly at what Poppy said, then went back to watching what was happening at Anso's. He got to watching just in time to see Anso punch Bones in the face. That's when he noticed Anso wasn't holding Bones still. That Bones must have broken free of it or something. Then eh turned to Rem and told her everything that was happening. Even though she's unconscious and probably couldn't hear him.
Anso screamed, having completely lost his cool now and chased after Bones but maddeningly not being fast enough. He stopped in front of him and hissed at him. "As if you can touch me!" He shouted loudly and with a growl. His normally smoothed back hair wild on his head.
Rem stirred. "You sure? Not lying?" She asked softly as she struggled to wake up fully. She wanted to see to. She just wanted her husband and her baby back and to understand what was happening now.

Bones ignored his comment and just concentrated on the fight. His eyes watching Anso carefully, accessing every move he made. He may be crazy now, but it was still calculated. The man couldn't do anything that wasn't. So there was a pattern to it, and soon Bones had it figured. He knew where Anso would move, and when he made his move so did Bones. Bones ran at him when he left his chest open and he plunged the knife in his heart. Gary nodded slightly "Yeah" he said and continued to give her a play by play. Then he smiled "Bones did, it. He actually did it. He killed Anso"

Anso gasped. A small thin line of blood escaping his lips as he fell to the ground, utterly dead. He started shrivelling up rapidly and within moments was just a pile of old dust. All his spells and magic fading.

Remedy smiled. She was sad for the death but glad at who it was. She stirred and struggled to open her eyes. "Good..." She murmured softly. And then she did open her eyes and she started intently into Gary's. "Don't tell Bones about what I think." She asked him in case it was all a false alarm as she hoped it was. Of course she would keep and love the baby but so soon.... She worried that Bones would be unhappy. Sure the thought of him making her or asking her to have an abortion never entered her mind but she was still worried he would be terribly upset with her, maybe not accept or love the new baby? Or as much as Eric? Or would she? Rem swallowed hard as these thoughts only made her nauseous.

"Hey little guy I love you," he said and rubbed his stomach lightly. "can you do me a favor and teleport home" he asked and kissed his forehead lightly. "Yeah, no problem luv" Gary said.

Instead off finishing his sentence he just walked out of the room and went down stairs. He first went to the fridge and drank a few bottles of blood,, because he felt like he was going to collapse. After he drank four of them he threw the empty bottles in the trash ans walked out the front door.
Bones ran through the forest stopping at the lake. He looked out at the water for a moment before he walked over to a fallen down tree next to the shore and sat on it. He wanted to be with his family, but he didn't feel like he could face Rem right now. He acted pretty terribly and said some mean things to her. She was afraid of him now.

He was a bounty hunter for two hundred and fifty years out of his three hundred. If she didn't know that already then that was her problem, because this is how he always been. He may not be a ripper anymore, but he was still a killer.

Gary shook his head slightly "I think that''s what he thinks sweetie." he said softly. "You told him you were afraid of him, that he wasn't the man you fell in love with" he said. "He doesn't know if that's still the way you feel or not. At least that's what I think. I could be wrong" he said.Bones looked out at the water trying to clear his head. He was unsuccessful though. All he could see was the fear in her eyes when she flinched away from his touch, and the way she scream at him to stay away from her kept echoing inside his head.
"Well he treated me like shit so boohoo!" Remedy replied as she covered her crying face with her hand while the other held Eric on her chest. She was still hurt over what Bones had told her before going and getting Eric back. She needed him then and should have been united but they weren't. Then when he retrieved their son he walked out on her and Eric. She didn't recognize him. She said yes to a kind hearted and fun loving man. Not a bully and a killer. And now..... Now everything was a major fuck up. She cried and then winced as her stomach cramped.
"Not really, he just did what needed to be done to Gregor and came back up here to see what was wrong. You freaked out on him. Then because he was so stressed he just blew. He has a lot more guilt and tragic stories under his belt then you do, and I have even more"Gary said. "All I'm saying is that I'm not surprised he snapped"
"Snap at a man that's not talking or even fighting back that is clearly broken?! I don't care how many sob stories either of you have I shouldn't have been treated like that now get the hell out!" Rem screamed and winced again, her one eye closing as her hand went down to her stomach. She was half up but now she laid back down. "Just get out and leave me the hell alone. Same goes for Crispin." She said softly and using Bones's real name.
Bones walked behind the house, going through the forest. He wasn't walking very fast, but he was gaining a great distance from the house pretty quick. Which he was happy about. He couldn't stand any of those people right now. All he wanted to do was get Eric back, and he had no idea how to do it.
