Remedy sighed and looked up at Bones. "We should probably get out of bed. Eric needs his bottle and a bath and new clothes for the day." She said to him though she would rather not leave his embrace at all.

"He just bathed before we went to bed. Does he really need another one" Bones asked a bit humorously. Then he did sit up and get out of bed. He got dressed quickly and then smiled over at Rem. "I'll go and get him a bottle"
"That was 12 hours ago. Babies are dirty little things. They always are chewing things and the sort. I want our son to be squeaky clean at all times." Rem retorted back with her own humorous voice. She sighed when he got out of bed and was about to get out as well but remained for the moment more as Bones said he would get Eric his bottle. She smiled and blew him a kiss. "Your a sweetheart." Rem said and snuggled into the bed, sighing as her body was still jelly like.
Bones smiled and went downstairs. He grabbed a bottle out of the fridge and warmed in up in the microwave. Once the it beeped signaling that it was done he grabbed the bottle out and went upstairs. He went to the nursery and set the bottle down on the night stand thing. Then he walked over to the crib and smiled down at his son. "Hey little guy" he said.
Eric heard someone enter his room. He had been laying awake and playing with his orange monster teddy. When he saw his father be giggled in a baby way and raised his arms, wanting to be instantly picked up and loved.
Bones smiled and picked Eric up, "Sleep well" he asked and rubbed his stomach. Then he walked over to the night stand and grabbed the bottle. "You hungry" he asked a showed Eric the bottle before walking out of the nursery and back to his and Rem's room.
Rem had finally gotten out of bed and headed to the bathroom where she hopped into the shower and was currently washing her hair. She frowned, realising something important just then but shook it off.
Eric giggled as Bones picked him up and started rubbing his stomach. He nodded and reached out for the bottle eagerly. He then frowned and made a small baby noise of protest as Bones firstly walked back to his and Rem's room.

"What's wrong little guy" Bones asked when he made the noise or protest and frowned. He continued his way to his and Rem's room though. When he got there he walked over to the bed and sat down. He heard Rem in the shower, but he didn't think anything was really wrong so he started to feed Eric.
There was in truth nothing wrong. Eric was hungry and instead of Bones giving him his bottle he had taken time to walk back to Rem and his's room when he could have given Eric his bottle. The baby was however more pleased when said bottle was finally given. He started kicking his right foot and suckled easily.
Bones smiled and head the bottle up for Eric. "Guess you were hungry" he said when he said him kicking his leg.
Eric patted Bones's hand as he continued to drink from his bottle happily and contentedly.
Rem finished washing her hair and started washing her body. She had heard Bones come back with Eric and smiled. "I'll be right out!" She shouted.

Bones smiled when Eric patted his hand, and he leaned over a bit and kissed his forehead. "Okay" Bones said back when he heard Rem say she's be out soon.
Remedy finished in the shower and turned the water off. She got out and dried herself off with a fluffy white towel. She brushed her teeth and combed her hair as she got dressed into a summer floral dress. She threw the towel into the hamper and walked out and smiled, seeing Bones feeding their son. She went and sat next to them and leaned against Bones's body and kissed his shoulder. She then reached out with her small white hand and started playing with Eric's small tufts of white hair.
Bones smiled when he saw Rem walk out of the bathroom. "Hey beautiful" he said and watched her as she walked over to the bed and sat down. When she started playing with Eric's hair he looked back down at his son and smiled.
"Hi handsome." Remedy shot back and leaned forward to kiss Bones's cheek. She sighed and rested her head against his shoulder as she watched Eric drinking from his bottle and kicking out his foot.
Bones looked over at Rem and smiled lovingly at her. "I love you" he said and kissed her temple. "Always and forever" he said and looked back down at Eric. The bottle was almost empty.
Rem smiled at Bones and watched as Eric finished his bottle. She was happy and content, much like little Eric was currently. The troubling thought now long forgotten from her mind. She sighed and looked at Bones's again. "Do you want to burp him or me?" She asked him.

Rem nodded small and took the bottle when Bones's handed it to her. She smiled and watched as he started patting Eric's back. This eliciting happy gurgles from their son's mouth. She sighed and kissed his cheek again as she stood and headed towards the kitchen to rinse out the empty bottle.

Bones watched as Rem got up and went downstairs. He stayed on the bed and continued to pat his son's back. "You ready for another bath, Eric" he asked after a while.
Eric responded with happy banter. He was indeed looking forward, well not so much the bathing but the splashing that came with the bathing. He giggled happily and patted Bones's shoulder.
Rem was in the kitchen, rinsing the now empty bottle and thinking again that she and Bones had been so preoccupied..... They never used a condom.

Bones smiled and continued to pat Eric's back. The fact that they didn't use a condom never entered his mind. He was so used to not having to worry about it he just didn't think about it anymore. Even now that it did matter and it was important to use one.
Rem finished rinsing the bottle and set it on the rack to dry. She then smiled, shaking her head and went back upstairs. She walked into the room and sat down again beside Bones. She kissed his cheek and smiled down at Eric. "So shall we commence with the bath then?" She asked enthusiastically.
Bones nodded slightly, "Yeah" he said and stood up. He walked into the bathroom and began taking Eric's clothes off while Rem got the bath part ready. "Hey, you okay" he asked. "Seem kind of I don't know troubled"
Rem got up with Bones and started the bath. She added the oils and then looked up surprised by Bones's question. She smiled a moment later though and shook her head. "Yeah I'm fine. I was just thinking about where all the bad guys were now." She lied, not wanting to say what she was really thinking.

Once the tub was full Rem turned the tap off and swirled her hand about in the water, mixing the oils. She then got the shampoo and was ready when Bones set Eric into the water. Immediately their little bundle of joy started giggling and splashing the water about. Rem smiled as she shampooed Eric's small tufts of snow white hair. "I wonder if the shade will ever change." She murmured.

Rem's hands stilled for a mere second at Bones's words. No doubt a small frown on her face. She wondered if he suspected. She then looked up as her hands started rinsing the shampoo off. She saw his smile and instantly felt at ease, returning the smile and shrugging her shoulders as she moved on to the conditioner. "Who knows." She replied softly.
Bones smiled, not noticing her hesitation. "How many kids did you want. Before you thought it was impossible to have any" he asked. "I wanted three, even though I knew I'd never have any even has a human. Not ones I would for sure know are mine anyway"
Remedy hesitated again but on the inside. She outwardly she started rinsing the conditioner off of Eric's tiny head. "Since I was an only child I always wanted two. Three seemed a bit..... Well the middle child would always be the odd one out I always figured." Rem replied, giving no indication outwardly that this subject was making her nervous.

"So then maybe we should just have two, though since we have forever we could have many more then that if you want" he said and shook his head. "I just hope the other pregnancies go better then the first. Not so many near death experiences"

Rem laughed in a nervous manner. "Yeah with our luck..." She joked and then made a surprised sound as Eric splashed her on purpose. She smiled and splashed him back as the baby boy giggled fiercely. Rem then started washing his body with a wash cloth and baby soap. After she was done she started rinsing him to make sure all the soap suds were off of him.
Rem laughed in a nervous manner. "Yeah with our luck..." She joked and then made a surprised sound as Eric splashed her on purpose. She smiled and splashed him back as the baby boy giggled fiercely. Bones smiled and nodded slightly. Then when Eric splashed Rem on purpose he laughed "Good boy" he said jokingly and tickled Eric a bit. He watched as she then proceeded to wash his body with a wash cloth and rinse him off.
Rem looked up and glared at Bones but laughed brightly a moment later when Eric splashed him as well. She smiled and said brightly, "That's my boy!" She then laughed again and let go, leaving him in Bones's hands as she went and got a fluffy towel. She spread the towel and held it in the air, waiting for Bones to lift their son up and place him into the towel.
Bones laughed when Eric splashed him to, then he splashed Rem. He smiled at her as she went and grabbed the towel. Then he stood up picking Eric up out of the water and brought him over to Rem. He handed him over as Rem wrapped the towel around him.(view spoiler)

Rem wrapped the towel around Eric and then secured him in her arms. She then went into the bedroom and laid him down, starting to dry him off. She was nervous but she was starting to shake the feeling. She finished drying Eric properly and started to powder his small body with some special baby powder.

After a while he pulled out a duck themed one piece, like footie pajamas. He brought it over to the bed and watched as Rem started to apply baby powder to their son.

Rem caught sight of a outfit from her peripheral vision and turned her head to look fully. She smiled and chuckled. She then turned back and finished powdering Eric's skin. She reached out and took the outfit from Bones and got Eric dressed. She lifted him up and laid him across her torso as she kissed his temple. "Now that's my squeaky clean boy!" She said in a half baby voice as she blew raspberries on his cheek causing him to giggle fiercely.

Remedy was laying awake in Bones's arms. She wore only her grey shirt now. She was tracing patterns on his exposed torso. She kissed his side and nuzzled against him.
