"I'm sorry." Marie whispered out as she fell asleep against Gary. She really didn't want to leave them but with the way she was feeling now she really didn't know so well. Soon Spade got Abby and gave her some blood which she enjoyed but also said needed some sprinkles. Remedy remained out on the couch and the future seemed glum.
~Four Days Later~
Poppy had finally rested well enough to kill Abby and bring her back as a human which the small blonde child herself found annoying since she had grown rather fond of her powers. Though Spade made up for this by buying a new game and now they sat on the living room floor playing PlayStation. Ian kept watch to make sure they actually ate. Poppy had also killed Lexi and brought her back as a human. Now she had Rhydian were working tirelessly to turn her into a Hybrid. Poppy had also explained all their new bodies now entailed but for a baby they went ahead. Poppy herself was resting as she had found out she was pregnant with triplets. Ian henceforth, was a utter wreck. Bolt and his fox love had also moved back in and was upstairs making a den out of one of the rooms. They had all also returned to Marie's house after the incident. The werewolves were nearby always, keeping watch between their... Well. Marie remained bedridden as she continued to weaken. She had passed out fifteen times in the last four days as Remedy stayed in Eric's nursery, refusing to return to her and Bones's room. She also kept Eric close to her. She hadn't had Esme yet. Everyone was slowly getting by. But it was tough. Rem had stopped talking and if Gary didn't force her to eat and bathe and sleep she just sat in the rocking chair, staring out the window.

Gary walked into the nursery with a bottle of blood in his hand. "Hey" he said softly to Rem, even though he knew she wouldn't talk. He walked over and handed her the bottle. "How you doing to today?" he asked, like he asked everyday even though he never got a response.
Rem turned her lifeless gaze to Gary. She looked down and saw the bottle. She looked at it some more before taking a few sips and handing it back to him. She cradled Eric to her chest as she returned her gaze to the window. She didn't acknowledge him in any other way or spoke. She just stared with her tormented eyes.
Marie got up and headed to the bathroom since she felt sick. But halfway there she passed out again. Her heart sounding worse today then ever as she was five months pregnant but looked more like six because of the twins.

"Rem, you have to drink more then that" Gary said with a frown, wondering if she would ever be okay again. "Please" he said and held out the bottle of blood for her again, hoping she would make him force her into drinking it.
Rem suddenly took the bottle and threw it. It landed against the wall, making the glass crack. Blood spilling down the walls. Rem stared at it before bursting into tears. She turned her head away and started screaming as she covered her face with her free hand. Since she knew she must be annoying now like he had said.
Ian heard something odd and came to inspect. He saw Marie on the floor and shouted out, "Gary! Marie!" Before he picked her up and carried her over to the bed. She seemed to be dying as her heart barely beat.

"Rem" Gary said and gently rubbed her back, "It's okay, I understand. Your going through a hard time, and it's perfectly okay to cry. You shouldn't hold it in" he said. His head up when he heard Ian, "I'll be right back" he said and ran out of the room and int his and Marie's. He sighed and tried to think if something. He only came up with one thing. Gary bit into his hand, ripping out a big hunk of flesh so it was bleeding really bad. Then he rammed his hand into her chest and grabbed her heart. He didn't rip it out though, he just squeezed it gently, to get it beating again, and he hoped his blood would heal it. After a moment he pulled out his hand and bit into his wrist, quickly feeding her his blood.
Marie opened her eyes for a brief moment. There was nothing but love in them as she looked up at Gary. She wanted to tell him sorry and that she loved him but she couldn't. Soon her eyes fluttered closed. Then Marie didn't heal. She didn't revive. She died. Soon her body wasted away and left nothing but dusts. The twins going with her. She was gone. Nothing left but ashes.
Remedy also stilled. In the nursery she sat in the chair, dead as well. Her heart silent as it merely gave out from heartache. She too was dead and gone along with little Esme still inside her. Eric was alive but no where to be found. He was missing from her arms. Poppy found her and screamed.

Gary fell to his knees tears coming to his eyes. "No!" he said yelled and just laid his head on the bed and sobbed. Ian ran into the nursery when he heard Poppy yell, "What's...." he said trailing off when he saw Rem. "Oh my god" he said and just pulled Poppy into a hug and then out of the room.
Soon Rem's own body disintegrated. Poppy was hysterical. She sobbed into Ian's chest as she held her own small growing stomach. Spade came rushing up and determined the causes of all the screaming and fuss. He then lead Abby away as she too came to see what was wrong. Ian brought Poppy to their room to rest as he went to stand by Gary.
~Meanwhile In Another Dimension Called Faery~
Remedy awoke in a huge bed. She lay in the middle alone. She blinked her sad tired eyes as she sat up, caressing her belly while Esme swished inside her. She then saw she was in a large room but completely decorated by plants. She got up, sighing. World weary. She saw Eric lay playing with himself in a wooden spoon shaped bed that stood on a small tree trunk. He was freshly bathed and fed and dressed and so was Rem. She wore a green ripple dress but no shoes or socks or sweater since the temperature was rather lovely. Her long white hair even longer since she hadn't had it cut yet. Rem saw there was one door and soon it opened to reveal an elven man. He smiled at her and offered her his hand. "Come. Leave the babe." He said softly. Rem, her eyes still horrifically sad nodded. She tousled Eric's hair who seemed to be content with chewing his foot before walking over and taking the man's hand. He smiled softly before leading her from the room. Down a hallway and into an atrium at the end of the hall through two massive double doors. Once inside he indicated she should enter by herself as he stepped out and closed the doors softly behind him. Rem nodded uselessly and stepped inside. She walked for a bit and rounded a huge fountain. On the other side she stopped as her eyes widened and tears sprang forth. A little ways further stood Bones. Alive and well. It was her Bones too. Rem could tell. She shook her head in disbelief as her face crumpled. It turned out the Earth Elders had taken Bones's body and brought him back to life. They had also extracted the twenties Crispin from his and sealed that being inside a purple jar. If the jar was to be broken the evil Crispin would return but in a body of his own. They had intervened in many things which they deemed 'wrong'.

"Hey" he said tentatively, not sure if she still hated him or not, because he to heard her thoughts, when she sent then to Crispin. He wouldn't blame her if she did, because it had still been him, even if they acted like two different people, and referred to each other that way. It was still him. He wouldn't blame her if she killed him again right here. That's what he deserved.

Rem pulled away and stood. She started pacing. "You spoke about killing Eric and draining him and worse! How the soul screams but the body can't because it has n energy! You talked about ripping Esme from my womb and draining her small body and throwing her in the fire! The way you touched me made me sick! You then made it sound as if you were going to rape me after ripping my baby from me and me laying there torn open! You snapped my grandmothers neck! You ripped Gary's head and heart out! You made me kill you! You sent me into labour again! I had your blood on my hand! I hate you! I hate you so much for hurting me like that!" Rem screamed at him as she sank to the ground as her stomach cramped again. And she screamed sobbed and just kept shaking her head knowing it was a lie and she did annoy him with her mere presence.
Bones nodded slight and blinked away the tears coming to his eyes. "don't you think I know that." he said. "You should do more then hate me, you should kill me again, and that still wouldn't make it even because what I did, the things I said. I can never take them back. And trust me I- I wish that I could take it all back" he said and wiped tears off his cheek. "and I have to live with that" he said. "but you don't have too. Not really, because I'm going to stay away from you" he said and stood up, he wiped more tears of his damp cheeks, "You deserve a lot better then me anyway"
Suddenly the double doors burst open. The man from before and a woman came into the room. The man picked Remedy up and took her away. They walked a seemingly maze of halls before entering a room where there was a giant bed such as the one little Eric was on. The man set Rem down in it and made her drink something. In the next moment she calmed as the woman lead Bones aside and scolded him for upsetting the holy vessel. The first sign that all was not well. In truth the seven high earth priestesses that reigned over Marie had been shocked and horrified at her getting pregnant in the first place as it had not been foretold. The second blow was with her bearing rather more human babies then vampire since Gary had been human at the time of being conceived. Not only that but the vampire lover had died. The vessel carrying the child holding their ancestors power heartbroken. Hence Marie's kidnapping and imprisonment in the dungeons. Bones's return and Remedy and his reunion. They planned however to keep Marie dead in all their minds and not even her mate could sense her. Unless their love was strong and pure. The Elders also planned on keeping the babies in their care. Remedy could stay if she wanted but this was all bordering on a cult style of kidnapping and imprisonment.
Bones glared at the women, he might not have the twenties Crispin in him anymore but he still had a temper. "Yeah well maybe you should have just left em dead, then none of this would have happened" he said. "And what do you mean holy vessel?"
"The holy vessel! The one that bares the babe which holds our ancestors power!" The woman yelled and started spewing off cult like talk. "Oh we are so excited that both vessels are here! Oh you should see the rooms we have for them! Their going to be so happy here! And since the vessel is so good at housing other vessels we will allow her to mate with others so she can bear more vessels!" The woman shouted excitedly like a small school girl. Talking about Rem as if she was a baby making machine and sleeping with other men.

It's okay Rem. I don't know how, but I will stop this Bones said and walked back over to the fountain. I won't let anyone touch you or Esme. he said. He sat down on the edge of the fountain and tried to think of what he could do to help her. He had to help her, not to redeem himself, but because he would never let anything like this happen to her. He just couldn't, and once this was over, and he got them out, if he got them out, then he leave. Like he said he would.
Remedy laid back and nodded. She felt uneasy about everything. She was also ready to give birth now being nine months along. She was huge too. She sighed as she stared at the medicine dripping into her body. Can you come here and get this medicine out? It makes me feel funny. Please? She asked Bones softly in her mind as she started blinking. No. She didn't want to sleep, not now. She turned a bit on the bed as she rubbed her belly.
Bones sighed softly, Yeah he said and used the bond that still existed between them to find her. He took several twists and turns through the maze like hallways, having to turn back every once in a while. He did make it there eventually though. He walked into the room and over to the bed. "Hey" he said.
"Hey. Can you..." Rem said as she held up her IV'de hand. She sighed as she suddenly looked more tired. "I'm so tired of being pregnant. I can't wait." She muttered as stared at Bones. She felt more at ease with him now. Maybe she was getting used to seeing him again.
Bones nodded slightly and gently took the I.V, out of her hand. Then grabbed the I.V. bag and ripped a hole in it before just throwing it to the floor. ""Yeah, you can. It'll just be a little longer I'm sure" he said and reached out to do that hair thing he always does but then stopped himself and just let his hand fall to the bed. "How are you feeling, health wise I mean"
"Like a stuffed whale." Rem replied emphatically as she shifted about. She sighed and turned around on the bed before reaching her hand back and pointing at her lower backside. "You. Rub. Now." She said as she sighed and returned her hand to herself. She thought about what she was going to do about her and Bones but for now couldn't think. Then before she realised she was speaking she did. "Let's just take it slow and don't run off or be an evil dick." She said softly while she waited for his healing hands.
"Rem I wish we could fix this, but I don't really think we can" Bones said with a small frown. "I can never forgive myself for what I said and did to you and everyone else in the house" he said, "and I don't think you should either" he said and started rubbing her back gently. "I love you, but I'm not good for you"
"Damn straight. But your the father of my children and I will be damned to allow you to run off as you fucking please. You messed up. Be a God damn man and fix it!" Remedy said as she turned around and grabbed Bones by his collar. She got right into his face as her eyes shifted red. "Or you get to see what a bitch I can be." She said darkly before letting him go and glaring at him. She would really never forgive him if he just walked out on her and their babies without so much as even trying.
"Rem" Bones said sadly, "How can this ever be fixed" he said, and ran his hands through his hair. "I mean, what I was planning on doing to you...." he said but trailed off, and wiped at his eyes as tears started to well up. "Well lets just say it made what I said about Eric look like a picnic" he said. "H-how, can I go on, living with you and the kids with all that in my head. How can I look at you with out seeing what he planned" he asked sadly. "H-how can I expect you to eventually get past it..... to... to forgive me, if I can't"
"Don't throw such a fucking pity party! You had the balls enough to threaten me but not to make it up to me?! How dare you! You will not leave me. Not now! I don't give a shit about how you feel so shut up and stop crying!" She yelled at him before slapping Bones across the face as she sat up. Rem's heart had grown colder and harder. This was evident in the hateful glare she was giving Bones now. "You will stay. End of story." She said as she laid back down and took his hand and held it. She wanted comfort, not to hear his pathetic whimpers.

"It's not a pity party Rem" Bones said and pulled his hand out of hers. "You think you know what it's like to have that kind of weight on your heart" he asked and stood up. "To have millions of deaths caused by you?" he asked. "No you don't, so don't think you can tell me what to do" he said more angry now then sad. "If it was a pity party I would have already killed myself" he said. "besides how can I stay with a women who doesn't care how I feel. I know you shouldn't, because you should hate me" he said. "But how can this work out if you think you can just yell at me because I'm being truthful with you, about how I feel. For this to work we would have to talk about this stuff, and obviously we can't so it won't work out" he said. "I won't leave, but we won't be together either. End of story" he said. All Bones needed to do was think about how she felt. How he hurt her and their babies like he promised he never would. No. She didn't understand since she wasn't a mass murderer. Nor did she want to hear his fucked up stories. How would that make her understand? How would that make her pity him? How would that fucking help? No. She took a deep shuddering breath before laying back and getting as comfortable as she could before falling asleep. Knowing these nut jobs would take care of little Eric properly for now. Rem only regretted the circumstances little Esme would be born into.

She was utterly starved from days of not eating much but when she wanted to drink some blood she got completely put off by it. There was also a odd ache in her lower back. She headed to Bones's room and went in without knocking. "Do you have a plan yet?" She asked him looking tired and pale and annoyed.

"No sorry, to busy throwing a pity party" Bone said, he was lying of course, well about the pity party part anyway. He wasn't looking back at her he was currently standing in front of his dresser with his back to her getting dressed. "No I don't have a plan yet, don't even really know where we are. So I'm going to go and talk to that lady. Ask her some questions." he said. "You should go lay down"

She turned and started heading into the hallway to give Bones some privacy to get dressed. She looked down the halls and scrunched her nose. "God is everything fucking caramel coloured in this place?" She asked loud but no one in particular. The walls and even the floor was all caramel shaded even the window panes.
"I think it'll work better if your not there to be honest" Bones said as he walked out of his room, fully dressed. "They brought me back for some reason, and it obviously wasn't to mate with you" he said. "You hate me, and it isn't for Esme either" he said. "and I really can't think of any other reason. Other then the fact that she was nice to me even after I slammed her into a wall" he said and walked around Rem, "I'm not saying she's sweat on me or anything, but I still think I should talk to her alone. "Fuck you." Remedy replied as she started walking behind Bones. No longer was she dancing to his tune. As they walked in silence the maze of corridors seemingly went on forever. Then Rem suddenly slumped against a wall. She took a breath as she looked up and ahead. There was a room at the end of the hall way. It looked like the atrium but wasn't. Sure there were double doors but there was also a faint minty aqua glow coming from beneath the door. "Bones... The energy coming from that room makes me sick. Something's up there." She said softly as she took a few steps back and felt better despite her back aching still.
Bones rolled his eyes when she started following him. Now she was just being stubborn, and she would probably ruin things by doing so. "Okay," he said. "I'll go check it out. You go back to your room. I tell you what I find" he said and walked over to the doors, and then inside them before she could eve respond.
"Asshole." Rem muttered as she returned to the room she was staying in. She walked back and closed the door behind her as she went to sit on the bed, the ache in her back only increasing and making her tear up and lean back heavily.
Inside the room it was huge and in the centre there was a huge cylinder with a strange liquid inside coloured like the glow from the door, the minty aqua type colour. Inside where people talking about making Rem drink this liquid and getting her pregnant with ancient Gods. Babies that would tear her apart but they would heal her and start it all over again. Esme would later do the same while Eric guarded them. Then they would take the babies and strip them of their power and incredibly clichéd would take over the world and wipe out the vampires. They hadn't heard Bones yet.

"Awe that's an incredible plan and all, but your just forgetting one thing" Bones said with a cold smile, "Me" he said. "Where do I fit into all of this" he asked and walked up to them, "Because honestly right about now I kind of want in on this plan" he said. He was lying of course, but he was hoping they would be able to tell. He was an excellent lair after all.
The people were surprised but like the insane ducks they were they nodded and let Bones in on the plan and informed him what he could do. Namely, get Rem to drink the liquid. They then showed him their plans which like true idiots they had written down. At the end of it they gave Bones a small test tube of the liquid to give to Rem and sent him on his way.

(view spoiler) Bones smiled coldly, "No problem" he said. "I'll get right on that" he said and walked out of the room. He walked down the hallway and went to Rem's room. "Hey" he said as he entered with out knocking. He walked over to the bed and set down on the edge, as far from her as possible. "So the idiots let me in on there plan" he said and held up the vial. "They want you to drink this" he said and then told her everything they told him. Then he looked over her, seeing that she looked uncomfortable. "Want me to rub your back" he asked.
"Great. Just fucking great. No I need to go to the bathroom." Remedy replied after hearing the awesome news. She really couldn't give a rat's cigar at that point. It was always something and right now with the aching going on in her back she couldn't care less. She got up and as she passed the threshold of the bathroom door she frowned. "Wait I don't need to use the - Oh!" Rem said as suddenly there was a downward force and her water broke. She leaned out and grabbed the door frame as she placed her hand on her low on her belly. She looked down at the puddle of water before looking surprised at her stomach, almost in an accusing way. "Esme?" She said before there was another downward force and she cringed forward making a pained noise and closing her eyes.
"Rem?" Bones said when she stopped, then he saw that her water broke and he walked over to her. "Come on lay down" he said and lead her back to the bed. He let her sit and get comfortable on her own though. "Uh.... do you need anything? Should I go and get some one?" he asked.
"No!" Rem said as she made herself comfortable which was hard seeing as she was starting proper labour. "I want Poppy not these insane nuts!" She shouted before moaning as another strong downward wave went through her. Already sweat was forming on her brow as her heart picked up speed. She was already in distress and nothing had even started yet not even the proper contractions.
"I know, but that's not exactly possible right now" Bones said. "So you'll either have to deal with just having me or I can go get someone. I'm sorry, but that seems like the only options" he said regrettably. He wished he could go and get Poppy for her but he couldn't. It wasn't possible.
"No I want you you bloody lump!" Remedy said as she groaned as a proper contraction went through her. "Oh my God I fucking hate you soooo much right now! Don't worry when this is over I will kill you again but before I do Ima make you watch me cut that fucking thing off!" Remedy said through gritted teeth as she sat further up on the bed. She spread her legs and raised her knees as she sat back on her elbows to deal with the pain. Of course her rant at Bones was all hormonal currently.
Gary shook his head slightly and frowned, "Hey don't say that" he said and pulled her into a hug. "I need you, you can't die on me. Not now" he said and kissed her temple"
