Hanna's eyebrows raised a fraction when she saw him blush, wondering just what song it was. She was wondering how girly or embarrassing it must be to make him blush like that but then he told her that it didn't have a name and her eyebrows furrowed. She was about to ask if that was because he wrote it when he confirmed her suspicions and her eyes widened. Her opinion of him increased tenfold and she wasn't sure how he managed to impress her even more than he already did. She'd been doubting their almost relationship before hand and now it just got even worse.
Her mouth dropped open when he told her that he wrote it for her. She didn't know why her eyes pricked with tears or why her chest tightened. They weren't responses to something cute like that that she usually got. But the huge smile that lit up her face was something that she did recognise. It was the sweetest, cutest and most adorable thing that anyone had ever done for her and she had no idea how she was supposed to thank him for something that. In that moment, she didn't care that Jason was upstairs and could walk in on them at any time. She didn't care that he wasn't supposed to find out just yet and that they were trying to keep it a secret. She couldn't help herself.
She placed her hand on his cheek and leaned in quickly, pressing her lips to his. She didn't tease him that time, she didn't think that she would be able to. Moving her lips against his almost urgently, she moved her hand around to the back of his neck, her other hand still on his leg. When she was out of breath, she pulled back, a smile still on her lips. "You actually wrote a song for me? That's- that's just-just-thank you. That's the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. Thank you," she said when she finally found the right words.

Hanna smiled almost sheepishly at him, slightly embarrassed that she'd kind of attacked him with that sudden kiss. He didn't seem to mind it though but she was still kind of surprised that she was being so forward with him. Of course she was used to being forward, it was just her personality but she did tend towards guys where she didn't have to be pushy like that. But that could have just been because they mostly stuck around for a week and not for any emotion attachment. Still, she was kind of surprised that she was acting like that with Alex so she put it down to the familiarity she had with him.
Shifting where she sat, she draped her legs in his lap and scooted closer to him, grinning up at him at he blushed. He ever managed to make blushing look cute and not like an overripe strawberry like she always believed she looked like whenever she blushed. Her eyes were filled with a mesmerisation as she listened to him explain it. She couldn't get over how talented he was, it made her feel slightly inadequate and curious as to why he liked her of all people but kind of proud of herself for actually managing to get Alex. She laughed lightly when he told her that he would have told her sooner, leaning forward and placing a soft kiss on his pink cheek. "Honestly, I probably would have reacted the exact same way. That could have gotten really awkward if I just randomly kissed you," she replied with a small chuckle.
Biting her lip, Hanna tried to think of something to help him but she knew that it was no use. She just wasn't artsy like he was. She was hopeless when it came to things like that and she kind of felt bad that she couldn't help him out with it. A frown tilting her lips just slightly, she shrugged in reply. "Well you're much better at it than me. The only artsy thing I can do is dance. Other than that, I am totally hopeless," she replied, turning her head towards the door when she heard movement upstairs. She was more inclined towards sports. Gymnastics, track, dance, that was what she did in her free time. What Alex did was much more impressive to her though. "Well you could always just list out all the reasons why I'm amazing and go from there," she advised jokingly.
((I feel like we need something else to add a bit of tension or drama. What do you think?))

((So this kind of died...I don't know about you but I really enjoyed rping with you. Do you maybe want to drop this and try something new instead? It's cool if you don't, just wondering...))
She couldn't help the blush that dusted her cheeks when he kissed her knuckles, finding it really adorable and loving the gesture. Her finger started swirling small, random patterns on his leg as she listened to him play. She had always loved listening to Alex play and she'd always found guys who could play instruments extremely attractive. She guessed that was just another amazing thing about Alex. Talented, cute, fun, sweet, attractive and for some reason, he liked her. She really didn't see why he did, he could get way better girls than her but he'd apparently broken up with his girlfriend because he liked her. It was confusing but she felt too weird to ask anything about it.
"What song is this?" she asked when she couldn't recognise it at all. Music was something that she'd always loved and she never really had a genre that she liked in particular, she listened to it all. But the song he was playing was something she'd never heard. It was almost melancholic, nostalgic, the type of melody that she would listen to for hours on end and never get sick of. "It's beautiful," she added, letting her eyes close as she listened to him play, leaning her head against the back of the seat and just taking in the music with a light smile playing on her lips.
