"Where do I start? I'm not asking for keys, I'm asking for girl help," daemon begged. "Yeah, I know this is rare, but I need help."
"No you don't need my help. Your trying to be a nice person. Be yourself."
"She doesn't like nice or something because I am, or at least I think I am, and she still hates my guts."
"Just be yourself the one every one thinks is a douche."
"I don't know. It worked for Katy." She muttered walking away.
"Please, just don't talk about her like that...." Daemon said quietly, looking at his sister.
"I'm not. She was my friend. Not just your girlfriend" she said looking at him.
Daemon looked away, realizing just how obsessed he had been about her death. ((When do you want katy to come in? Maybe when daemon goes over to apologize to Abbie?))
She looked at him. "Sorry." She whispered.((When Abbie and Daemon fall for each other))
((Got it! :) )) "It—it's not your fault, you weren't even there when she died, so it honestly not your fault. There is nothing to be sorry for."
"I snapped at you." She whispered. "Go get those bonus points or bye bye Dolly."
"Alright alright, I'm going," he said as he pulled on his shoes and walked out the door. He made his way over to Abbie's house, reflecting on what he did. He came to the conclusion that he HAD said some very hurtful things and was really sorry for his words. He reached her door, and knocked.
"Daddy?" She asked and ran to the door. "Oh it's you." She said.
"Hey... Look, I'm sorry about how I was acting. It was.... Pretty heartless... I all take back the things I said," he said, looking down, pretending to be fascinated with his shoes.
She looked at him. She didn't say anything.
Daemon continued, still not having the guts to look at her
"Are you going to leave?"
"Yeah, i can... I just.... Wanted you to know that, that's all," daemon said, walking off the porch.
Dee came out. "Daemon you must want Dolly to go to the junk yard? "
"I apologized! And she asked if I was gonna leave!"
"Still that's not bonus points. You have to gain a ton. Anyways she needs a friend."
"I'm not helping you anymore." She said.
"You didn't help me to begin with," he grumbled. "And I've already been over to her house two or three times just today...."
"Have you been nice?" She said. "Has she become your friend?"
"I don't really know... She wasn't yelling at me the last time I came over, but she didn't want me there, either,"
"Did you let her finish her conversation?" She was getting a little upset. " "just go over there and be a friend."
"I- okay," he daemon said, and walked back to Abbie, who was still standing on the porch, must likely listening to the conversation.
"So your not going to leave?" She asked.
((Thanks!)) "No i guess not," daemon gave her a small smile.
She looked at him. He was really cute she thought to herself. "Ok." She whispered.
"So are we okay?" He asked, hopeful.
"I'm still mad at you."
"I get that.... But I'm here to fix that," daemon gave her another small smile, this time quirky
"You know what? I kinda am!" Daemon laughed.
She let a faint smile come on her face.
"So.... I do really feel bad about what I said, believe it or not," daemon said, suddenly serious.
She looked at him. "It's ok." She whispered. She walked over to her mailbox. She got a letter from her dad. Her faced pale as she read it. Her dad left town. He said she reminded him to much of her mom. She stuff the letter in her pocket.
"What's wrong?" Daemon asked, worried when he saw her face pale.
She was holding back the tears. "Nothing just a letter from dad."
"Wouldn't that be a good thing? To hear from him?"
