So this is probably a retarded sounding question but would the Headless Horseman apply to this group?

Um....I was probably going to do all four 'Conquest, War Famine and Death'
apparently, the White horse of the four horsemen 'conquest' is known in popular culture as Pestilence, so technically they are one and the same but I digress.

I love sleepy hollow! Johnny Depp was awesome in that movie. But im not sure either. I suppose he would but that one is based off of a different legend entirely.

Well, ultimately what I wanted to do is make a Headless Horsemen roughly based off of the Sleepy Hollow legend with a twist of the Pale Horse 'Death' but put my own spin on it.
Like its a headless horseman but it lives somewhere else or something if that makes sense

Well considering the headless horse man is almost always affiliated with something sinister, I'd say he's already a creeper, but he could be human. If you'd like I could make him someone to stalk.
