Could anyone help me with the theme for these stories?"

Except for romance, which is a genre not a theme, I could not see any connection between these stories, at least according to all the descriptions and reviews I found. Sorry

Rebecca NJ (njreader) | 1281 comments I wanted to make sure this book had a strong enough theme for Option C before I posted it - Holidays Are Hell. Each story is about a different holiday where something bad happens.

Nick (doily) | 3392 comments I have already completed this challenge, but I am thinking of doing some shifting. If I did, would the following count for Option C -- Anthology with a theme:

The Oxford Book of Gothic Tales

with the theme of gothic tales?

I am going to assume my above question does not fit your definition of "Theme" since "Gothic" is a genre and you specifically state that a genre is not a theme. I'll find another place for it.
