I realize that, but it's so hard to destroy old habits and leave the thing that comforted you and made you feel you weren't alone. That someone or something finally understood you. Does that make sense?
I do fight them now. I've realized that there has to be someone that knows what I'm feeling. I have this Composition notebook that I write "poems" and draw in and that helps. It's like seeing everything about myself out on paper. And I know that expressing myself this way has helped and sharing them (only with people I trust) and hearing there opinions and answering their questions is something that I really need. I'm not big in being center of attention, but I'm not ignored anymore
Yeah. And it really sucks when I have to do presentations. Freaks me out. Besides chucking rocks or old food outside, that's really mainly how I get rid of my anger. And reading. It takes me from reality to a happy place.
I wish I didn't have to! I'm way too shy, but they're required for class, so I don't know how to get out of those exactly and now we're presentating (dont think that's a word...) a scene from Romeo and Juliet. Yes, exactly. Books are the perfect escape from this Hell and Depression and I can relate to every character I read about

Haha. You didn't learn from the first few times? I've never been grounded before, but I know all about the lectures. The 5 hour. Lectures. And being "spanked" with bamboo sticks and plastic plants. Those things may be ugly but they hurt
