Hello from a newbie!

My name is Sarah and am currently living in Tysons Corner, VA. I just started my yoga practice--literally my first class was last Saturday.

I'm looking to learn more about yoga, particularly about the different types of yoga so I can be intentional about my practice. I was glad to find a group about yoga here, to help guide my search!
