Kaj, for the stateside offers because of shipping and handling - we do not send overseas. But you are welcome to participate in the read and you can secure the book on line perhaps. I am sure that you would really enjoy it and find it to be worthwhile. All of the book discussions are open and always available world wide - we have many global participants. It is only when it is a free book offer that the offer itself is only open to US residents while the discussion is open globally - it is just that you would have to pick up your own copy in your locale.
