She got some rest for a while waking again when it was around dinner time. She sat back and ate the dinner letting the doctor check on her and make sure she's resting and healing well. They were surprised she wasn't having any bad dreams though they were wrong she was but she didn't want them to know.
Janelle looked up when Marcus came in she smiled and put the book the nurse offered for her to read down taking off her reading glasses. "Hey." She said to him glad to see at least one person who isn't a nurse or doctor.
"I'm good. How are you?" She asked him curiously.
((Hey it's all good.))She moved a bit closer to him relaxing. "How has school been?" She really was a bit nervous about it but was happy to not be in school but was working on her homework when she wasn't in pain or too tired at all.
"I've been feeling that too." She admitted thinking about it she's been feeling it too even when she slept as if someone was watching her and everyone else. She had to ignore it because she was going to be called crazy.
She nodded thinking about it and knew he was right. "I'll hopefully be out soon so it will be easier to be careful. Here It's too hard for me to think of who is bad and who is good."
"I'm not sure. " She couldn't think of who was who.
"No I'm fine for now. I just need to really focus on what will happen when I get released." She really didn't want to leave home if someone adopted her.
"No it's fine. I rather do them." She really didn't want him to feel like he needs to her her homework. ((I got an idea..))
((So what If Janelle is adopted by people out of state... She goes with them finishes high school and is old enough to move out she comes back to the town.. Marcus is the only one there that doesn't recognize her. But she moves into her old house and tries to get a job... But she doesn't know about what has happened to the town since she left? Yes it's bad....))Janelle looked up when her nurse came in. She forgot it was time for her to take her pain medication.
((Maybe he gets in an accident and doesn't recognize her because of a injury. I'm not sure maybe a natural disaster happens so lots of good well known people died.))The nurse gives her pill and water.
"I will thank you." She said to him before she took her medicine laying back. ((Yes:))
((I just got on so I saw your comment might as well answer.))"He's just a really good friend." She answered the nurse. She actually did wish that Marcus was her boyfriend.
Janelle relaxed into the bed now really happy the nurse didn't ask her more about Marcus.
Janelle tried to put a brave smile for the nurse but it was hard to do so.
She went out with the nurses help. "Oh wow. That's great." She felt disappointed because she had a feeling that the family would be living in a different state.
"Alright that does sound good right now." She didn't like the hospital food so much. "Is it possible before I go with them if I can see my dad?" She knew it would cause her nightmares but she has to see him.
She nodded. Walking to the car with her lawyer carefully.
(It's fine.) Janelle went over to her fathers cell not going near it. "I wanted to tell you I'm leaving with a new family and I've made sure your last name isn't on my documents we are no longer family." She said to him.
"If you try to find me. You won't." She went with the lawyer holding in the tears in her eyes she had to let it all out and those memories won't haunt as much. She hated her father more then anyone else now.
She sat back sighing softly wondering if she could work on any of her homework when it could be brought over. She ignored the thought.!
