I just happened to review the books and comments on this list - https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1.... I found the comments interesting. While the list is much better than most lists re books that may have staying power, some are missing and some on the list seem unworthy. Since the list seems to be connected with this group, I'm interested in what others in the group think about it.

Many of the selections have only one vote; a number of the selections are by a handful of readers.

Looks like an unmaintained list of dubious quality started by someone who was with this group a few years ago. Highly ignore worthy, IMHO.
Regardless of its dubious provenance, that list is still quite interesting. The problem with any such lists is that they will always be skewed towards books that have been read by a large number of people, i.e. the populist end of the spectrum. It doesn't matter how good a book is if nobody has read it!
