I'm Nikki and my crap tolerance is much lower than Patrick's. Unless it's for fanfic -- I greatly enjoy reading terrible fanfic. I predict that I'm going to not finish the greatest number of books.
Oh, and I feel I should mention this. If anyone notices, yes I did shameless copy the Vaginal Fantasy group's layout. I have no regrets.
I like introducing myself. It's like I'm interesting or something.I'm Kim and some might describe me as a female Patrick. Or Patrick as a male me. Depending on who you knew first. I like reading but I don't do it enough on account of a child crawling all over me for like 15 hours out of the day. The rest of the time, I'm sleeping. Sleep is awesome and important.
I'm also putting in a massive garden this year so there are no promises that I will commit. But I will try my darndest!
Hi! I'm Terri, mother of 4 wife of 1. I'm was looking for a group of Canadians & here you are. Avid Calgary Flames fan (yes they won tonite thank you very much) & I suck at "Roll Up the Rim"! My genre of choice is Psych Thriller but I'll pretty much read anything if I'm in a desperate situation. I was watching Naked & Afraid the other day & they always bring a knife or a fire starter as a survival item; me, I'd bring a book!
Hi. I'm Anne. I'm really good with a pen and paper and have managed to write four books. This electronic stuff, however, does not come easily. After what felt like an Eternal Struggle, I've gotten three of my books up on Smashwords...but every one of these social media forums is a whole new learning curve! I'm like a reverse idiot savant! Ha ha! I'm sure I'll get the hang of Goodreads eventually!

This is our thread for you to introduce yourself so that we can all get to know each other.
I'm Patrick (obviously), one of the co-founders of this group along with Nikki. I will read pretty much anything that gets thrown at me, so long as the writing slides under my crap radar, which I'll be honest, most writing does. I'll really only abandon a book if 1) I'm extremely bored with it, 2) it's sexist, or 3) the writing is spectacularly awful.
