I finished reading Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers for 31. A work of young adult fiction. While reading I had to put away the book a few times. It is about a bully who becomes the victim. It is about a few heavy topics.
And it made me think a lot, I'm glad I never saw or was involved in anything like this.
But it was a very good book and it gave me a lot of feelings (not all good).
I finished reading Tigana by Guy Gabriel Kay for 10. A book by an author you feel you should have read by now.I liked this fantasy book a lot!
Never read anything by him before but will look at the other books he wrote.

I read Tigana years ago and really want to re-read it next year!
Thanks Marina :)I liked it a lot and would like to read other books by him, did you read any other books by him?
I finished book 51 Gerechtigheid by Stieg Larsson for 9. A book that was mentioned in another book.I liked the book a lot and there was just enough repetition to make me remember what happened in the first two books.
Now I have to decide if I start a new book, or if I'll try to finish one of the two books I have started earlier this year. Only one book left :)
I re-read all three books from the Millennium series earlier this year. Great books all of them! One week to finish off, you can do it :-)
I didn't finish my last book for this challenge. But since I read 87 books this year I can replace my last prompt (32. A historical fiction book) with the wild card and this means I did finish the challenge :)
Books mentioned in this topic
A Christmas Carol (other topics)Gerechtigheid (other topics)
Gerechtigheid (other topics)
Gerechtigheid (other topics)
Daantje de Wereldkampioen (other topics)

But I'm not making much progress with my current book and have a lot of big books left on my plan. So I'm going to see if I can use some of my side reads to tick of some more prompts. And maybe change a few planned books for thinner ones.
Because it feels like the beginning of a reading slump....
