He smiled, taking a step closer and putting his hands in his pockets, "Loki said we're going to go soul hunting. Consider it a date Kitty" he teased.

Cherry looked down as she looked at her feet. "i-i'll help but y-y-you can't call it a d-d-d-d-date!" She complained as her cheeks flushed at the last part, she was like any old girl at heart.

"s-stop that, if you d-don't we'll never c-collect enough souls." Cherry pointed out as Runni silently watched, feeling sorry for his sister.

He giggled, "Aw fine. But we better get going, this agreement is only temporary, Kitty" he snickered as he folded his arms.

"f-fine. where do you want to look?" Cherry asked as she opened up a portal behind her.

"Not sure. Where would you look?" He asked.

"where a lot of lives are, it gives a wide choice of s-souls. the b-best choice however would be to ask Cry or Amaterasu but i f-feel like you won't like that." Cherry informed Ampura as she turned and looked at the portal.

He stared at her blankly, "No. We can go to a city. Or... Uh... A town. Las Vegas maybe?" He suggested. He was beginning to wonder if flirting with Cherry in front of Runni was a bad idea.

at the mention of Las Vegas Runni's negative energy was concentrated on Ampura, don't you dare was what it said.

Cherry thought for a moment, "what's Las Vegas like?" she asked as she turned around and saw Ampura.

He blinked, "Hehehe" he laughed nervously, "Nothing. Its uh... A pizza joint. Yea... How about New York?" He said, immediately changing the subject.

"how far is new york?" Cherry asked.

(i've always wondered what part of the world this was in, since it's full of anime characters i guessed either america or japan.)

"reapers can only jump a certain distance and our main portal is undergoing repair." Cherry said as she turned back to the portal as it suddenly flared a darker color and pulsed with energy, Cherry was obviously surprised.

Ampura folded his arms, "I guess I could always make a portal myself if it calls for that" he replied.

[Huntress]

"no need...." Cherry assured him as she examined the portal. "someone has given me a boost in the portal, enough for two long distance transports." Cherry said.

"ready to go through, it might take us where we need to go." Cherry said with an awkward smile as she stepped back next to Ampura.

He looked at it skeptically. He felt like any regular demon, not knowing what the hell was on the other side of this portal. He sighed, nodding hesitantly.

"Either that or a painless death." Cherry said as she grabbed Ampura and leapt through the portal.

Ampura shrugged, walking in without worry and teleporting to a wide open city in broad daylight. It seemed to be a city in a foreign country. Perhaps Brazil. Or Argentina. He couldnt be entirely sure. But he knew that it was going to have vast selection of souls.

"wow." Cherry said as she looked at all the people, there were so many and better yet none of them were startled by their sudden appearance.

He nodded and walked down the street, looking around with his soul seeing vision on.

Cherry looked around as spotted a well known attraction, macdonalds but there was someone standing in the drive thru. When the car came up and was receiving it's food the man leapt out, took the food and kept running.

He tilted his head, folding his arms. He flicked his wrist, stopping the human in place and closely examining the guy's soul.

[Huntress]

Cherry hit Ampura. "You're supposed to watch him not study, look at how many people can see him." Cherry warned in a whisper, a crowd of people had begun to flock to the area to a man perfectly stopped mid run.

He let him go, rolling his eyes, "But thats no fun" he teased.

[Huntress]

"But your way is too obvious." Cherry pointed out as she skunked after the man as he ran into an alleyway, keeping herself hidden like a shadow.

He watched closely, "I suppose. But perhaps I like noise and ruckus. Obviousness scares them. And fear turns into respect over some time" he replied.

"But they're not supposed to know about the supernatural area of life." Cherry pointed out as she stopped and peeked around a corner to see the man handing the food to two kids and their cat.

He shrugged, "Weird things happen all the time" he chuckled, "And they have a pretty good idea of good and evil. Even if they are narrow minded assholes half the time." he replied.

[Huntress]

"Your thoughts." Cherry asked, gesturing to the man and children. One of the children, a small boy in tattered clothes, grabs the mans own frayed clothing.

"Sir, don't you want some?" He asked, his voice weak. The man knelt down as he placed a hand on the boys shoulder and smiled at the girl.

"You need it more than I do" he assured them as he stood up again.

"But we've never seen you eat." The girl said, sorrow in her voice.

"I eat later, don't worry." The man said to the kids but cherry and Ampura could tell he was lying.

He looked down at them with distaste, "Humans." he rolled his eyes, "I think that the old man is a charitable person, but acknowledges his death is soon. Why prolong the inevitable?" he smiled wickedly, aware of the fact that without him the children would probably suffer. It was sad he wouldn't be able to stick around long enough to watch.

"Since it's your suit, you decide if you want his soul." Cherry told him as she closed her eyes and leant against a wall.

He folded his arms, "Hm. I'm not sure." he lifted his bangs just slightly to reveal his silvery snake like eyes, both turning a deep red as he began reading the man's life. Silently judging him.

[Huntress]

Cherry remained silent, allowing Ampura to judge.

Ampora bit his lip, "Perhaps" he said calmly.

"It's a yes or no choice." Cherry said as the man began to guide the kids, probably to a shelter of some sort.

He giggled suddenly, "I like the little boy. It seems he is unaffected by his surroundings and it takes real selflessness to offer up his food to an older adult male." he replied calmly.

[Huntress]

"And the other two?" Cherry asked, the subjects about to leave.

He smiled, his teeth sharpened slightly, "I might just put them to death to" he giggled, taking a white wand out of his boot. He rarely ever used it. the tip looked to be some sort of glass, a white mist flowing around in it. it was a very intricately carved white twig that seemed acustomed for Ampura's hand and his only.

[Huntress]

As Ampura was pulling out his wand Cherry had already left, using her scythe to seperate the souls from the bodies and then a small object in her other hand absorbed the souls instead of sending them to the afterlife. Now the three bodies lay there with the dog, and all of them lifeless as Cherry reappeared at Ampura's side.

He tsked. He finally understood now. She was just like Feferi. That's why he liked her so much. How foolish. He suddenly felt distaste towards himself. No. That's an understatement. He felt a sort of anger towards himself. He said nothing as he watched her, "That's not enough is it?" he muttered.

[Huntress]

"You decided you only wanted the little boys so that's one soul, you wanted a suit with 5 parts and since each part requires on average 3 souls you still have about 14 to go." Cherry confirmed.

"Yay." he said blankly, mentally hitting himself. Why was he so stupid? He sighed softly, continuing to look around.
