Romano growled and rubbed his chest, flipping the dog off. "Maybe you should just stay in your dog form, you are a little more useful then. At least as a dog you pose as a pet." he growled.

He shot Loki a look, slowly sitting down, chest heaving as he panted, throwing a knife at Romano. "B*****d!" he snarled angrily.

Once Loki grabbed the knife, Akira thrashed again, tears shining in his bright blue eyes. "I am not a mutt!" he snapped angrily. He flinched at Aeliana's jab, looking away.

He pressed the heels of his hands into his eyes, squeezing his eyes shut, curling his knees to his chest. He remained silent, trembling pitifully.

Akira was silent, staying close to Loki. He was young and he was stupid, naturally, and he had no idea who Aeliana was to begin with.

Akira stared at Aeliana, then up at Loki. He sat still, leaning against Loki's leg and closing his eyes, curling up in a ball. He was a mess, not knowing who anybody was, how to read, heck. He didn't even know there was a school to go to. Literally all he knew was hell, and Loki's lair, and the market. He'd been kicked out of his home, after all.

"Let's," Aeliana said, holding her hand out to him, so that she could transport them away. Though her eyes strayed to Akira, "It was a pointless endeavour."

Akira flinched. Though his eyes were closed, it seemed he knew she was looking at him when she spoke. He obviously needed help, but how was he to get any when the only thing available to him was Loki, and he was supposed to please him in order to have a place to stay? He numbled leaned into his hand, watching them go, bright eyes shiny with unshed tears. He just seemed confused by everything.

Akira squeezed his eyes shut and yanked away from Loki, walking down the hall quickly, finding a quiet room, and collapsed to the floor, curling his knees to his chest and gazing at the wall numbly, tears streaming down his cheeks. He didn't make a sound, silently crying as he laid there.

Loki walked down the hallway to his own room, went in and locked the door and sat on his desk as he began to sort and write down in his files.

Akira locked himself in that room for several long hours, just basically crying his eyes out alone. Eventually he got up, going into Loki's room and laying on his bed.
