It is kindof slow in the way that is doesnt have really any action. It does have a good plot though. It is told mostly though flashbacks becuase the narrorater is in some sort of coma during the book. It is really good though and sad.

Im still reading My Last Kiss, I also just finished my Zombie novella, Love and Decay. I love those books!!!!!
Yesterday I went to the beach and because the water was too cold to swim I brought this book with me. When I finished it I just stared at the sea and I almost cried, I really have a new favorite book! It's so beautiful! When I came home I directly started in the sequel. This morning I finished it and I really recommend it! With these books I've had a lot of times I almost cried. I just love them.

I just finished this book today, and it was great! I really liked it - loved all the music metaphors, and Mia's shy and "plain-Jane" kind of style. I felt connected to her in that sense. I also loved Mia's parents as characters - they seemed super-cool, and really able to relate to their kids. :) Honestly, the commercial for the movie piqued my interest in this book, but now I'm waffly...maybe I don't want to see the movie adaption.
I just wish the guy playing Adam in the movie was cuter

I hope the movie is as good as the book, but in my opinion, books are normally better.
I loved the trailer and think the movie will be good, but I agree that books are always better than movies.

The only series I think to really get it right was the HP movies...I felt like they incorporated almost everything, which was great. The Hunger Games franchise is also pretty good...I definitely loved the Catching Fire movie! (Although if I recall correctly, President Snow's granddaughter Madge was never mentioned in the first movie, but there she was all of a sudden in the second; so that was a nitpick of mine.)

I also liked hp and thg movies the best if it comes to book-to-movie. I did like that President Snow's granddaughter was in the movie, because it makes things about her clearer for the next movies.

Ya, they did do pretty well on both of those and I never realized that about snow's grandaughter, but ya, that is annoying!

I havnt seen it
September 19! I marked it on my calendar. The only reason I plan to see the Maze Runner movie, is because Dylan O'Brien, from Teen Wolf, plays Thomas...I couldn't get through the book.
Does that make me a bad person? :)

I loved it, watched the movie the first day it was on. Read it because Mia plays the cello and I also play the cello <-- I know its kinda weird but yep.
