Correct/delete nonexistent (?) one-star rating

Rating details for MacKenzie Fire shows a single one-star rating. I checked through all 8 pages (223 ratings/added records) and could not locate the one-star rating. Perhaps the person who did that has deleted his/her account? Can the rating be somehow deleted? It seems unfair to the author for the book to be rated one star when apparently the ARC isn't even reviewed, yet.

I refreshed the ratings and deleted the January publication date.
However, I need the book cover from a source that we're allowed to use, such as Amazon or the author's website.
