Neha I guess this unrelatable thing is because the environment they live in is quite different from us. We all live in a free country, where everyone has a right to say anything. But they're living almost slave-like even when they're in D13. Or it could be because they're so casual about people getting killed in the arena. It's because its what has been happening in the last 75 years in their world. But we; us people; can't be that casual even if one person gets killed 'accidently'.

I used to have the same thing, but slowly they grew up on me so much that I couldn't stop crying during the 'spoiler' thing in Mockingjay. The ending was pretty sad but hopeful too, and it's what many people can relate too :)

Ashley Riley I wouldnt say I could relate to them easily but I still think they are amazing characters and to me, it dosnt matter if I can relate to a character. Infact, I'd prefer not to. I read to lose myself, not find myself

American Wolf i love all the characters and the author does a good job intro. them in the story. I can relate to them some what like the relationship but not the kill and thing.

Stevie Uh-huh. And seriously, the whole killing thing, That's because the Capital decided that they would have the Hunger Games, games in which 24 people ages 12-18 would kill each other for the Capital's entertainment. Got it?
