You'd be surprised.... I work with volunteer and shelter programs quite a bit, and the people who donate the most would surprise most people. You may be right, though.... being a jerk is it's own punishment.

Yeah their book has already sent and I can imagine since I think it was amazon that it already arrived :/
They told me they were travelling till yesterday so I am still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am getting a bit discouraged :/
I contacted them via tumblr to maybe remind them just incase so I am going to just wait a bit before I get to you Karly :)

Also fun update: that book that got lost in the mail for my friend? Well book depository is sending me another copy and I ended up getting it in the mail today so I'll have 2 copies! The best part is it's a book I also was interested in reading so I think now it's nice but I do feel bad :(

yeah I realized that lost books MIGHT be an issue
BUT disclaimer: if books get lost I honestly have no control over this. I can tell you who had you and the person who sent your gift can contact the website they used. So yeah I cannot do anything about it!

But yeah I finally got it so I'll have it in time for her, but I really am happy I'll have a copy.

Officially everyone is sent to. Another big big thank you to Karly for sending the gift to the person who wasn't going to get one! (also messaged that person and told them they suck, but in a relatively nice way)
I also realized if I remove them from the group they are blocked from joining again so I figured that's how I will deal in the future.

I am so frustrated with the one girl who never ordered. I decided to delete her off of my friends list because I just don't like people like that and when I went to her GR profile she commented in another secret santa group that she got her book and the book she mentioned is the one that she got through this one. How frustrating.

Yeah I am frustrated but I blocked her from joining the group again and deleted her so that's settled. Karly sent to her person and now everything is all good :) only 2 hiccups, one minor one that was solved and this one.
