(view spoiler)[Of course she was pregnant. I kinda knew it since she threw up. It's kinda sad if that's going to be the reason why they broke up, because a father who runs away when he hears about his child is not a real father, regardless of the circumstances.

So far this book is not as good as the first. At the beginning I was something like: more story, less sex, please and thank you! It took forever to get the the story and Kate's not that great of a character. Drew kinda made her look better than she was. she's a bitch. Actually, all the women in this book are bitches and if you look carefully you'll see how the author likes to emphasizes on how well they know how to keep their man under foot. I don't like that. I think it gives a bad idea about a good relationship. A good woman/wife in a relationship is a humble, modest one, she should know when it's time to fight and when the man just needs a break. Really, despite the amazing aura the entertainment business whats to give to bitches they don't make good wifes, or mothers since they are all self-absorbed and stuff :/. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 6
(view spoiler)[So, he cheated on her because he presumed she cheated on him. The way these 2 are able to misinterpret each other is incredible. There's no way 2 Harvard graduates, that are also successful lawyers can be so stupid and base their stories on so much asumed stuff.

I'm bothered that he tracked her. Mister Drew, have you ever heard of trust? It should be present in a healthy relationship. I also can't believe he just went ahead and cheated on her before even trying to discuss this with her.

This story is turning into: "how your relationship should not be". I don't like it. At all :( .

Facts these book claims to be true:
- intelligent people experiment with all sorts drugs: false, bored people do it;
- married woman live less: false again, couples with families outlast the bachelors;
- it's not better to have loved and lost: false, love is a wonderful thing and it's a sad thing to never experience it. Codependency, now that's something else. And that's what Kate is suffering from, not love. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 11
(view spoiler)[She wants to abort the baby... WTF? She's such a weak woman. I dislike Kate more and more with each new chapter.
Also, drinking cola while being pregnant, I really don't see that being a healthy baby. Maybe now I understand why Kate is missing some serious brain cells. It was the cola all along! XD (hide spoiler)]

Tessa, I agree with what you posted for chapter 6 and 11... I liked Kate in the first book, but in this one, she cam across as too arrogant and conceited.

Chapter 15
(view spoiler)[Really, she's just going to forgive him? Just like that? After all the drama? At least she admits that she's just as stupid as he is. I'm amazed they're not forgetting how to breath.

And, there are still 2 hours left from the audiobook. I have a bad feeling the next 2 hours are going to be filled with corny declarations, not enough story and tons of sex, sex, sex. *sigh* I don't want to drop this, but I'm dreading what's about to follow. (hide spoiler)]

What really annoyed me was (view spoiler)[ not the misunderstanding. That sort of thing can happen, even though this one was a bit far fetched. But he still cheated on her, with a stripper, no less,and I agree that she was way to quick to forgive that. (hide spoiler)]

And Kate is surprised when her mother doesn't want to accept Drew even after he tells her he would die for Kate. You know, that's the thing, he's just saying that, but when he's faced with a bad situation Drew is always the one to bolt out. He's good at promising to be a good man, we already know this from book one, but not so good at actually being one. So don't be surprised when you're mother is not ready to take his bullshit as truth, just like you have, over and over again...

Trust me, you would. Drew is an enemy to women. He's the pretty psychopath. He likes to fuck up with a woman's brain (and body), to own her in every way. The only reason he likes Kate is because she's not a puddle at his feet, but still feels desire toward him.

1 hour left to go. God help me. I've gotten to the epilogue and I already feel it's going to be a long one. Drew is such a bastard, after all this he hasn't matured at all. He does whatever Kate wants him to do, but not because he wants to, just because he's afraid of loosing her. And that story about how God help him by disarming his dick. Oh please... my head hurts from all the eyroll. This book is going towards one star fast. (hide spoiler)]

Done! This one was a painful experience :( . Will write a long, long review for this one. There were so many problems I had with this story...

Not to mention the very beginning of this book was well it very interesting scene, for sure!
