This book is about a mother and I am almost positive it's her daughter though it could be her son. The whole book is a series of notes that they leave for each other back and forth. That is all I remember. Thank you.

I'm sorry I didn't give enough information. I read it between 2008-2010. It was a relatively new book at the time (I believe). The daughter was a teenager.It is fiction.
