Is there a way to find the ASIN for an out of print Kindle edition?

This Kindle edition has been entered with the ISBN 9788867690039 instead of the ASIN.

It seems it's not available anymore on Amazon, so I can't find the ASIN

Is there a way to find it, or does the book remain this way now?

Since the user who added it was last active in 2012, probably not.

For books that you own, you can often find the ASIN by finding the book in your digital orders history, then clicking through to the book. You'll get a 404 / book doesn't exist page, but the web address for that page will usually still include the book's ASIN.

But that method doesn't do you any good if you don't have the book in your own Amazon history. :-\

I'm wondering if it's a non-Kindle edition since it actually says it's "mobi", which is Kindle compatible, but not actually produced specifically for the Kindle... If that was the case, then it's really a generic ebook that happens to have been put onto a Kindle device/app.
