Mirta Trupp I was invited to participate in an interview on Stanford University's radio "La Ventana." This is a bilingual, multicultural radio station run by volunteers. I spoke about my memoir, With Love, The Argentina Family: Memories of Tango and Kugel; Mate with Knishes. The hosts and I discussed the immigrant lifestyle (in general) and the Universal themes that encapsulate the experience. While a memoir, of course, speaks to personal experiences, challenges and adventures, I have found that my book has touched many people of various backgrounds. We are connecting on very simple, human concepts; the need to feel loved, secure and accepted. Follow the link to listen in:
