Ter'e Crow Lindsay (terecrow) | 798 comments Christine,
Two of my bestest friends live fairly close to you. One in Issaquah and one in White Salmon. The girl in WS writes the most beautiful poetry. She and I have been penpals (if you can imagine) for 38 years.

Lots of very talented folks in your neck of the woods.

Christine (clt04) | 4838 comments @Christine and Ter'e: I have the Pacific Northwest high up on my places to visit before I die.

@Amy: Amy, I'm jealous. All I can say is there are only 2 more snow piles to melt in my neighborhood.

Minnesota Chris.

Hi Ter'e,
Penpals for 38 years -- that's amazing! The area around White Salmon is beautiful. She's lucky to live there.

Hi to Minnesota Chris, too. Hope your snow piles melt soon and you can come explore the PNW! It's been a harsh winter this year in the Midwest--we've been hearing "we're sick of snow" complaints from friends and family in WI. :)

Christine
