I think I'm going to have Cyn have been in an abusive relationship for a while, since she's far too nice and has such low self esteem, she would put up with it for a long time. What would Clyde and Calix do about it when they found out, since she wouldn't be volunteering the information?

Since the father seems to be out of the picture, could he have returned some point after the mother dies, Calix gets attached and he just up and leaves again? Or maybe just gets in contact with Calix...?? Idk >~<

What is the relationship between the siblings like?

Cyn will adore her brothers and they'll be basically her only friends, but since she won't want them to hate her she'll kind of try to force herself to be distant from them (though she'll probably fail)

:) I know Calix would like her in return, thinking he's kinda goofy, fun loving rebel type but is a romantic and sensitive kid at heart. Basically emotional (which if Cyn underwent an abusive relationship, Calix (when he found out) would impulsively hunt the guy down and beat him up (though he's not very strong so he'd probably end up getting hurt instead of doing harm if not stopped))

I think Clyde is more manipulative. He'd probably tone it down around his siblings, but some of it would probably show through. Clyde I think would be more fit (he'd probably work out).

All in all sounds like they are all rather close. I'd imagine Calix kinda would look up to Clyde.
