I actually finished this today. *Fist Pump* Is anyone else planning to read this month?
I am letting my thoughts stew before I write a review and post my thoughts.
And....I will be able to post discussion questions this month.
Hoping someone else will contribute to the discussion!

Despite the crickets chirping, I will post discussion questions. If you decide to join the group read, feel free to post your answers.
See the first post for questions!

I completely understand, Travis. It is very busy right now. I was fortunate to be able to squeeze this book in!

The Bolan twins - what sick twisted bastards they were. Huffman - similar kinda sick but with some intelligence. I was satisfied with their outcomes. Huffmans final act was fitting. I like it when the bad guys get a dose of their own medicine.
Kate - I wasn't sure what to make of Kate in the beginning. I knew there'd the fluff from the moment she took a swig of beer. Fluff can ruin a good action book but this was ok. I was a shocked at the end and a bit sad for Joe even if it didn't last very long with Kate.
Joe Hunter - I wouldn't kick him out of bed. I fall in love with characters like this. Fought for his country, fights for what he believes in, strong, protective, honour - but like Larry i was saying just hurry up and shoot him before he gets away - but where's the fun in that?
Rink and Harvey - I thought they were more side kicks than Kate, maybe because they have a history and work really well together where Kate was new in the mix and she didn't get much of a go.
I enjoyed this book and I think I'll read more about him.
Thanks for posting your thoughts, Monica.
I was surprised at the ending myself.
I like Joe. He's sense of honor is sound, and he's not afraid to get his hands in the mix to create a better world. I would like to keep reading this series, and see more of Joe and his buddies. I found another one of his books at the bookstore, so that will be my next in this series.

Discussion Questions:
1. What do you think of Joe Hunter's character? Did you feel he was well or poorly defined? What do you think of his ethical viewpoint?
2. Is vigilantism okay under certain circumstances? Which are they if your answer is yes? If not, why isn't it okay at all?
3. What was your view of the Bolan Twins? Huffman? Who's worse? Are they the same kind of bad?
4. What did you think of Kate's character? Was her role big enough and did she feel authentic as a sidekick?
How about Rink and Harvey?
5. How is Joe Hunter similar to other vigilante/edge of the law characters? Name some and compare and contrast him to those that you name? What did you like best about Joe and least?
6. How did you like the action sequences? Where they thrilling enough? Was the violence over the top or acceptable for this type of story?
7. What did you think of some of the plot twists and turns? What was your favorite surprise in the story if any?
8. Overall opinion of writing style and plotting?
9. How would you rate this book out of 1-10 or 1-5 stars?
10. What other books would you recommend to readers who enjoyed this book?
