Reaper Character Creation

The Reaper exists for:
- A separate division from the angels and demons.
- They are a creation of both angel and demon(like a merged category because the we have the "angel of death" and the idea that the reaper is some scary guy who can also be a demon so on).
- Their reason for existence is because they reap human, demon and angels when they die.
- They don't like humans, angels or demons, don't hate them either, more like they're apathetic, and are objective in their jobs.
- A Reaper's personality is presumed and supposed to be apathetic, HOWEVER, it would be no fun, therefore, create a suitable history that does not impose on their duties as apathetic Reapers.
- They live forever, and were born in full form.
- They are also the only thing that terrifies even the most invincible demon or angel.

How do they reap?
- They reap with their customised scythes (these do not have to take the form of your usual scythe, so long as the Reaper has a tool for reaping souls of humans, demons and angels)
- They also are not allowed to reap alone. They must have partners.
- Their powers are only:
*Reaping the dead
*Shadow reaping (moving with the shadows, being part of the shadows, travel through shadows, anything related to shadows, etc...)
*Time Manipulation (But they cannot change past events, they can only manipulate it)

Why are they in school?

- To, in some form, maintain a peace between the angels and demons despite the fact that the school exists to maintain a peace.

Shugo Chara?
No. Reapers don't have Shugo Chara.

Who reaps them?
- The Queens of Heaven and Hell XD haha. Demons and angels cannot kill a Reaper.

Reproduction
Yes I'm going to talk about reproduction, since it occured to me that although a Reaper is formed, if two Reapers get together, then it's possible to have children. However. That is not the case. Reapers are sterile, so they can't ever have children. Reapers are only created by the King of Reapers.

Personality: indifferent mostly, and weird. She's a bit silly on the go, drinks a lot of coffee because she hates sleeping. So sometimes she looks glum. She doesn't abuse her reaping powers, and maintains her position as a neutral party. She always falls into En's teasing once too often.

History: She can't remember big chunks of her past, she's been around for years almost created sometime directly after the first reaper. Her missing past is what makes her indifferent, and she knows that En knows something, but she can never make him talk. She likes both the Queen of Heaven and the Queen of Hell, so is happy to serve both. But she feels uncomfotable around the Kings, because she unconsciously knows that one of them is responsible for blankness.

Likes: The Queens, her scythe - she chose it out of hundreds because she considered the fact that it 'called' to her. She likes ice-cream, the warmth, the sunrise and sunsets. She likes in between moments.

History: He remembers what Eri has forgotten. He knows that Eri went through a lot of pain and torture for making a mistake in her earlier years as a Reaper, something to do with not reaping a life when was assigned to, thus she received punishment that En couldn't stop. He has blamed himself ever since. En knows the reason why Eri is the way she is now, is because after her punishment, she had been so traumatised, she had made herself forget. Since, En has looked after her, even though she was capable of looking after herself. En was formed after Eri, so he's one of the few created early.

Likes: teasing people, Eri (though it's unsure if he likes her as a person or as something more), sleeping, being lazy, roses, getting things right

History: Keima rarely talks about her past to anyone. She was practically raised as an orphan because at age four, an angel and a demon killed her parents. They would of found her but she hid well. They couldnt find her but they could sense she was still in the house so they lit it on fire. Thats all she remembers is a stranger (a priest/reaper) riding off on a horse with her and her glancing back to see her house on fire. The priest took care of her and taught her to be a reaper until she reached age 7 when some mortals decided to adopt her from them. She was pleased someone wanted her but she was quite upset she had to leave the priest, though she continued training to become a reaper, reaching that goal at age 13. She was always so cheerful trying to help others but soon when she'd wear her reapers uniform, it made her start blocking others out quicker. She knows its because she took care of others before herself and the whole world got more selfish towards thereselfs and soon abandoned her, but she refuses to give up till all demons and angels are dead.

Personality: When normal he's quiet, patient, calm, hard to anger, distant from people, somewhat emotionless except near cats, and somewhat cruel (Like he declines peoples options alot). When alone is the only time he shows sadness and although he doesnt show it, its usually easy to upset him when normal and when in reaper uniform.

History: People usually call him the boy of the cursed temple or they call him a ghost. He never tells people his past so they go on rumors. His parents were killed by demons so by age 7 he lived in a burnt down temple his parents used to go to. People used to go there all the time because they wished to bulldoze it but they'd see him standing there in the mirror but when they turned around, he'd be gone. Then, once they left, there family members would die one by one from youngest to oldest then when it came to them, they'd hear him crying in there house, go to him and when they tried to help them, he'd kill them.

Personality: Yuuki is generally a cheerful and a rather comedic girl. She is considered a poor student because she dislikes studying and falls asleep in class due to the fact that she stays up all night monitoring the school grounds. She exhibits a strong attachment to her close friends. Her indecisive nature and reticence can be attributed to her insecurity regarding her missing past. She has been seen as standing sides with Demons but deep in her heart she fears all Demons (because of a demon that attacked her when she was little). Because of this fear she rarely left the school grounds on her own. Yuuki doesn't like to reveal her fears and disguises it with a smile. Yuuki's overwhelming fault is the tendency to burden herself with guilt over her ignorance when she learns of other people's sufferings that they have kept secret.

History: Yuuki was five years old when a demon attacked her household seeking to take her away. In order to protect her, her mom sacrificed herself to seal Yuuki's demon nature and erases Yuuki's memory. Yuuki's first memory is that of her brother saving her from another powerful demon who tried to devour her while being alone on a snowy day. She grew up as a human in the care of a priest, who adopted her. Despite having her memories sealed, as a child Yuuki experienced constant nightmares, a problem which continued nightly until another boy joined the Cross household. As a result, Yuuki formed a strong bond towards the boy, Zero. She found comfort in helping Zero with his personal nightmares and unofficially appointed herself as his guardian, entering his room to check on him and made sure he slept soundly and constantly worrying about his well being. Shortly after Zero's arrival, another change occurred between Yuuki and and her brothers relationship. The closeness they once shared was lost after she witnessed him feeding blood off from a noble demon, an act which frightened Yuuki and reminded her of the difference between humans and demons. Now keenly aware of the futility of her feelings, Yuuki chose to distance herself from her brother. Keeping her affections hidden away from him, though her longing and admiration for him still remained. As Yuuki grows, wanting to know her past in order to move forward, Yuki found the courage to confront him persistently about her past and her existence. In the end she did not get any answers which, she decides to remember on her own. This however, caused her to evoke horrifying images of a blood stained room. In the end, Yuuki's actions left her brother with no other options available but to reawaken her demon/reaper self. Which once regaining her memories, she chose to distance herself from her brother, knowing demons and reapers couldnt be seen much together, even if they were related.

Back then though, she thought it was her brother who saved her, but now that she remembers, it was her best friend who's a demon. She knows reapers are against it, but she's still friends with that demon and has actually found herself falling in love with him.

Personality: Misaki is alot of things. She's kinda known as bipolar because she can go from happy, to sad, to angry all in less then five minutes, but really she's just misunderstood. She's considered as one of the boys. Considering theres no sport she cant do, isnt afraid to speak her mind and has been suspended from school many times for getting in fights with people who just piss her off. She is also a great actress. She can dress up as anything and play the role perfectly. Such as a maid, neko, demon, angel, and even a boy (seen in the 'other') but when you get to see her true side you understand why she pushes people away. She has been hurt too many times. She'd rather just write stories, poems, or songs instead of being in large crowds. Yet when she has to be in large crowds, she either dresses up to play a role or she shoves them away with her cold out-look in life. Most of the time she can be quiet around strangers so as long as you dont bother her, she wont bother you. She can also be quite stubborn, somewhat sarcastic and shows completely no fear. Though those are her negative traits. If you're lucky enough (like if you stay around her long enough), you'll get to see her sweet, playful and caring side. This is a side she only shows to people she trusts, otherwise she is just known as the schools bully.
Near close friends though or people she takes an interest in she's unaffected by most things, not really emotional, Cares about others even if they are her enemies, Can't explain her feelings well and gets nervous easily.

History: Misa never had a real family. Until the age of 5 she was always happy with her family. She had a mother, father and older brother who cared for her deeply. She always wanted to be a reaper because thats what her brother was training to become, though she never liked the idea of killing angels, demons or.. Anyone for that matter, but she knew it would make her father proud. Her mom had a bad illness that sometimes was so bad, she couldnt even see her for a week and her father never showed interest in her unless she was training, so basically all she had was her older brother. Although, by age 5, her life turned for the worse. She was returning home from school when she saw her house on fire, the firefighters being unable to put out the uncontrolled flames. It was as if the more water put on it, the larger the flames grew. Upset at how long they were taking, Misa quickly rushed in despite them yelling for her not to. She then came across her dead parents and brother. She would of ran out but she was then knocked out and awoke in an orphanage.

A few years later she had completely no kindness. If she ever showed kindness people would tease her, put her down or take advantage of her, so she resulted in fighting the kids instead. If she was quiet and they called her emo, she'd punch them. If they teased her about how flat chested she was, again, she'd punch them. It was like a large circle that had no end to it. It got to the point that every family who adopted her sent her back to the orphanage claiming she wasnt family friendly. So, the orphanage got tired and knew she was qualified to be a reaper so they sent her here.

When he was first created he was indifferent. He did his job, got it over and done with with no emotions, only bordem. Then he watched a reaper take a sould adn saw the fire in his eyes, saw the excitment he got from tge takeing of the soul. He requested to become that person's partner. That reaper told him his passion for watching the people he gets assinged to die. He loved seeing their helpless faces as they relised they were going to die, he loved seeing their lives seeping out of them through their blood. He then enjoyed makeing them wait in pain to die which he would purposley make longer so that the victim has to feel the pain for longer. Then he'd take the soul away. He then loved seeing the victim's loved one's pain. When Daemon asked him how he came about such a passion the reaper told him that the reapers were like gods yet they had to do such a laboures job so he turned it into entertainment. Daemon was inspired and took on that reaper's way of thinking and found life was more bareable and fun. That reaper went insane and got exectued by the higher ups. He was re-assinged to being partners with shyla. They have yet to have a job together though. Dae. is excited to see Shy's reaction when he shows her his passions.

However one day a demon resisted their reaping and ash and her partner had to fight. The demon killed her partner. While the demon was killing her partner she attacked the demon from behind and killed him. She shed no tear, showed no emotion or care for the death of her partner. History: Mikara and Nikita were formed on the same day and hour, so essentially they are twins. Mikara and Nikita have been Reapers for years, formed at a time where it was long enough that they forgot about when they were formed, but not long enough to be one of the first few created. Personality: Despite her twin sister Mikara being the flirty and cheerful twin, Nikita is quite serious, and doesn't like showing much emotion at all. Nikata looks up to her sister quite often, and never wants to leave her side as she feels as though she needs protection, with her feeling lost and alone when they are apart. Even though it seems that Nikita is quite emotionless, she actually has a very soft and innocent side. This side of her personality is usually only shown towards Mikara.

History: Mikara and Nikita are twins, so their history is essentially the same. They have been working together as reapers for as long as they can remember, and have reaped during countless missions. Despite their youthful appearance they have been around for a while, and don't really remember much of their family or childhood, so they literally only have one another for support.

Nikita claims to only love her beloved sister Mikara, however, it appears that someone else has caught her attention lately. Personality: Akiyo is the flirty twin. He likes to flirt, and is pretty much promiscuous. He's also the nice one, friendly and approchable, but his heart is closed only to certain few people, his brother, and the little demon kid. One thinks they know Akiyo, but they soon realise, because of his traumatic experience during war time, he had learnt long ago that he can't love anyone, except his brother, who he considers the only one equal to him.

History: Akiyo and Yoru were formed during one of the earlier wars of the angels and demons, and were pretty much put on the battlefield shortly, like hours, after they were created. None of the other Reapers cared that they were freshly created, and left them to fend for themselves, battling away on the field, fighting only for each other. Which is why they rely on each other so much. Some point in their long lives, they came across a lost demon child, and unwittingly started to care about them like they were its parents. They looked after the kid like they were never looked after, and by looking after the kid, they learnt the definition of 'love', 'family' and 'caring' which, for a long time, had meant nothing to them because they had spent so many years being cold and ruthlessly taking on various assignments as expected of them by the Reaper. But one day they lost that kid, so they've set a mission for themselves to find that kid? And on their journey...who else should they run into but for another pair of Reaper twins?

Personality: Yoru is the cold and slightly mean twin. He loves hanging out with his brother because they have been through so much together, and share a special bond like no other. He just doesn’t know how to express his emotions probably. Like Akiyo, he’s a massive flirt, and loves to bully the one he likes…

History: As it’s been accumulated thus fare, both Akiyo and Yoru were put out on the battlefield just hours before they were even created, and because of this, they had to fend for themselves. However, because of this, they have learned valuable reaper fighting skills early on, and have become very skilful reapers beyond their years. This also deepened their brotherly bond, and strengthened their eternal relationship. Not long after this happening they came across a lost demon boy, who despite being a demon was pretty nice and friendly. They nurtured the little boy in the best way they could, gave him shelter and food, although this didn’t prevent the little boy from going missing again. They searched through the forests and down the valleys for this demon child; however, he was nowhere to be found. Ever since he’s gone missing Yoru has felt as though something is missing, a part of him has died, rotten away… which had caused him to lash out occasionally, although someone is helping him change this… a certain pair of twins?

Personality: Ruka is a very quiet individual, however, despite this she can be very outspoken at times. History: Ruka has lived many years as a reaper, and takes her job very seriously. Her past is very fragmented; however, she can still picture her brothers face, who taught her everything she knows today. He was also a reaper, and was a very highly regarded one at that, although, one night many years ago when he was on an assignment with his partner, something tragic happened, something that changed Ruka’s life forever. Ruka’s precious brother of whom she truly adored never returned home and was found dead, by whom? Nobody knows. This has been one of the biggest mysteries known to fellow reapers, as he was truly a great leader and inspiration to other reapers. For years Ruka had to defend for herself, and because of this, she has developed many complexities. The only reminder she has left of her brother is his scythe, in which she uses today.

History: AFter years upon years of killing he became fasinated in the bods of demons adn angels. So one day, he took an angel who had been his victim for execution and openned him up. He enjoyed watching the victim's pain and explored his innerds. He continued doing this, collecting data. He then decided to do something new. He took a young angel boy. He made the boy bleed almost to detah then inserted into him the blood of a demon. the kid's wings turned black adn so did his hair and his soul. He then took another leap. he drained him of blood (saveing the blood for later ;) ) ANd inserted his partner's blood into the boy. It almost killed him. It is still kiling him , destroying him from the inside but his original power, the reason for the crazy scientist's intrest was he super-fast regeneration that, with all the tampering with his blood, has turned him immortal. So the boy lives in pain yet he can't die.

since she was made she had always been interested in puzzles. she always loved to solve puzzles and quizzes, make her own and stump other people. she was always taking things apart to learn how things work. at one occasion she had meet the hermit who said that he was given a package from Amaterasu(he was lying) that was a special puzzle for Her to complete. Starlight was overjoyed at this and opened the box to find what looked like a ball, that's all. she was given a ball as her puzzle and the Hermit told her to figure out what the ball was for. Starlight became obsessed with this ball, she took it on her reaping missions, dinners and anywhere else she went. she was stumped for once in her life because she couldn't figure it out. after several millennia The Hermit came back to see if she had figured it out at which point she admitted she couldn't. the hermit told her what the balls purpose was and she was dumbfounded, what else could it have possible have been. Meaning, passive aggressive. She's more likely to burst out in anger all at once instead of all the time.

History: As the protector of the seventh sea, Nanami was created last and considered the weakest. Her reaper partner was someone she cared about. They worked well together, and for a short time, they were lovers. However, one fated assignment lead to his death. Since then, Nanami has been completing tthe assignments in the Seventh Sea on her own. For many years she had been avoiding being caught out for reaping on her own. However, she was caught recently and as punishment was sent to Xennel Gakuen and temporarily suspended from her Seventh Seas assignment to her disdain.
