Our April Group read book is by one of our favorite authors, Harlan Coben. This stand-alone features NYPD Detective Kat Donovan. I'll break the spoilers welcome discussion threads into groups of chapters. I hope you will enjoy the book.

I look forward to reading the book, though I didn't get to start the audio today as I had planned; I will likely get to it in about a week depending on the weather and how many walks I am able to take accompanied by my audio book.
I was hoping to jump start it yesterday but time got away from me and now today I have a book that I just got that I have to read/review ASAP so have to get that in I fore to be able to squeeze starting this one in today at some point.
I am 20 pages from the end of The Girl with a Clock for a Heart and will then get to Missing You. I'll be eye-reading, so I hope I can keep up!
Ann, I will call the library today to reserve it. Only 4 copies and a long list of holds. Hopefully will get it soon.
didn't get to read any yesterday at all. I was with my family all day helping watching the kids. let's just say I was a zombie at the end of the day and wnen I got home reading wasn't what I did. to think I took my simple touch thinking I would have time to read. even with the 2 littlest ones (my niece babysits her friend's little one once or two times a week. then when isabelle got home from day care and robbie came home after his class trip early since he wanted to spend time with grandma and poppy since they are home now. it was a fun day with too much food I shouldn't have had plus the night before I was up from 3am couldn't sleep. today back on the straight and narrow. didn't read, didn't come online. so today is catch up day.
I finished The Girl with a Clock for a Heart Wednesday, and started Missing You this morning on my iPad over breakfast, and continued over lunch. I'm going to have to be deliberate in my reading so I get through the book more quickly than I did with Clock. It's grabbing me for reasons I'll explain in the thread for the first section.
I probably won't be able to get online the next few days except tomorrow morning for awhile. I'm going to the shore until monday (yeah) and the internet was disconnected I'm taking my ipad and hope I can get someone else which is a long shop but it should be interesting. hopefully will get in alot of walking and reading.
Thanks for the review / interview links, Barry! I am going to wait on reading /listening to both until I start the book, which will be either tomorrow or Sunday.
Me too, don't want to risk spoilers. I look forward to reading them, though, especially the interview. Harlan is always entertaining!Ann wrote: "Thanks for the review / interview links, Barry! I'm so overbooked right now with arcs that have to be read and reviewed for street teams. it seems they all come out the same time. I hope I get back to reading this book soon. I'm not even up to chapter 5 yet. I'm lucky if I got to chapter 2 yet. but I'll check and post where I am soon.
I'm in the queue at the library, they have 189 copies available through interlibrary loan so I'm hopeful to get it sooner than later...
Looking forward to it. I liked Six Years.
