Add the new stories here with your new pen name, list the old pen name so we can combine the books.
We don't delete old editions or author profiles just because they are not used any longer. You can also list all your pen names in your profile.
I'm not sure what else are you requesting. You already have an author profile. For each pen name you wish to be author profile you need to create a new profile with a new email and request the rights to the profile.
If you wish to stop using the current profile and start using another one you can do it with the same process (go to the new profile and request that profile is granted to you, explain you wish to switch profile).
