Mhh. We could do a post-apocalyptic plot? Every time I start one, something always happens.

Nah, post apocalyptic isn't just zombies. It's hard to explain so I would advice you just to look it up. And sort of, it's not just the quitting though. They always somehow ruin the idea of the plot by adding something happy. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm okay with romance, but if something bad happened to our Earth, God forbid it, that wouldn't be priority.
