Located somewhere in the center, Hansel's flat is accessible yet discreet. The outer is normal and ordinary but the inside is much more interesting. The security is tight, the windows styled in old-fashioned shutters, and the doors with ancient but handy lock systems impossible to break in. The living room is spacious enough, painted a nice pastel blue and leading to a kitchen attached to the dining, painted another lighter shade of teal blue. From the kitchen, the corridor leads to his bedroom, the study and the guest, all modest in size but nice enough for one person.

Hansel wasn't exactly feeling the best. The more he read about this girl, the more despair he felt. His job didn't ease his conscience, but in moments like these, when he was alone and comparatively safe, he allowed himself to have a bit of remorse for what's he done and what he will do. But he didn't have any choice. For him this was his duty, his responsibility; to make sure that people got what they deserved, and trying to rebel while he's at it. Its the two things he's best at.
((I'm so sorry for the late reply! if I'm being honest I sort of forgot hehe))
Photographs. And papers. Lot of photographs and papers dedicated to this one girl -- some sort of lap dog? It didn't seem any different from the others he had to hunt down. If not, he would have absolutely no choice but to remove her, but quietly. She seemed good, and he can't risk being untidy.

((It's okay, I'm excited you finally got around to it :) ))
Sophelia--though she was better known by very few as Miedo--approached the flat door of the man she was ordered to kill and she knew better at this point tp fight against the Council and their wishes. Escape was never in her future, her legs fequently reminded her of that. Mentioning said legs, they were covered by some pants that matched with her shirt and cap, disguised as some sort of agency going door to door promoting. Underneath she wore her usually garments that allowed her to effortlessly move. She stood in front of the door, plastering a fake smile on her lips and knocked on the door. Let's begin, she'll get this quickly over with and be back home and dance herself into forgetting.

It was the knock that tipped him off. Maybe it was his instinct that warned him but he knew instantly something was wrong; and Hansel would trust his instincts with his life. This time he did. He shoved all his weapons in his hiding places before cautiosly opening the door. He still didn't take off the upper locks; the trick was the stance. Standing right between your home and the dooraway yet close enough by the window but he wasn't one to run either. He hated running. He'd rather fight ti the death if that was the situatio, "Can I help you?"
"I'm with-" Sophelia immediately went into her rehersed gramble about the campaign she was pretending to be for. Fortunately it was easy and something that every door to door person did. As she said her little pitch she was sizing up the door, specifically the lock. So as she spoke she lifted her pant leg up, glad that he was supposedly smart enough to reslly actually reveal himself. Once it was shoved up she effortlessly kicked her leg up and sliced the chain lock and then used her shoulder to barg into the room and spun herself once her gaze landed on her target with her leg up and the blade outstretched, aiming for his throat.
Hansel instantly threw up his hands. It wasn't a sign of fear or surrender; just a move in the oldest chapter of the oldest book. Ease off, and they'll ease off with you; and that's the best time to strike. He inched backwards inconspicuously, eyebrows raised. "So you are good." It wasn't exactly a statement, just admiration. He rarely found attackers, but there were always some vengeful family members lurking about. Well, at least she made the first move; his conscience is going to clear even a little bit afterwards. She gave him an excuse to forgive himself for taking yet someone else. "If only you were as smart." Talking wasn't stalling, just a composed move to show the instigator your state. Hopefully it would work.
Unfortunately for Hansel, Sophelia was not a merciful or hesitant person even if someone did throw up their hands. The only fortunate result of this move that it caused him to back up so instead of slicing his neck she only sliced a slit in his wrists. She didn't bother a response to either of his comments though her eyes narrowed when he basically called her an idiot. Her leg came down after her swung motion, the blade retrating somewhat before she lunged at him once more and nearing him she twirled on her metal leg and had the other outstretched with the blade aimimg for his abdomen with the grace and stability of a dancer. She was trained to hunt down and kill, not for talking, hesitating or entertaining.
