This was originally listed under a misspelling of the author's name (Tara instead of Tana). I moved it to the correct profile and combined it with the other editions, but I think it needs to be merged since there's no ISBN or other info on it. (Correct? I've never done this before.) Needs a superlibrarian because of the number of reviews.

Rivka, I have it straight from the authors' mouths that the book was never written. Assuming that never written = never published anywhere. (How does a non-existent book get an isbn?)

This book has two editions but both are the same. I combined them but one should be deleted and I can't do that. The edition with only one ISBN number is incorrect, the number shown is the 13 digit ISBN in the wrong spot and missing some digits. Thanks!

Susanna, Sometimes the edition to be deleted is identical to an edition not the most popular. If that is the case, we separate the edition it matches, then combine the two of them, then delete the edition to be deleted so it merges with its twin, then combine that edition with the other editions of the book.

You couldn't delete it because you had not combined the two editions first. That must be done to prevent the loss of ratings/reviews, etc.

Got the first one. Also having trouble with merging the second one though.

I'd advise against adding the word "delete" to a title, even as a temporary measure. Too likely to confuse/upset GR users with the book shelved. Try a Librarian's Note instead.
